Good stuff! I used to spend a go down to Uttoxeter from the suburbs of Stoke as I had friends there. I don't really remember it at all. So it was nice to see the town again.
Awful. Spent far too much time on racecourse and didn't mention historical aspects of interesting buildings at all. Just seemed to concentrate on eateries and pubs.

The bricked up windows are due to the Window Tax, imposed between 1696 and 1851.

Visited Uttoxeter last Easter. Loved it. Great time at The Vaults of Uttoxeter and Talbots.
It holds alot of memories I worked in uttoxeter for 29 years.

Love this town, great place to live and yes strange so see where you walk everyday!
