Uttoxeter Flooded 2023

The Park in Uttoxeter Flooded and Roads near by were impassible for some vehicles, on the Hockley Road by the Train Crossing and Also along Knotty Way it was Flooded, Roads around the area were flooded making it difficult for people to get to work & home again only Major routes were ok like the A50 etc.

Good work recording this with such knowledgeable commentary. This was not limited to Uttoxeter. On this day there were several flooded roads etc in Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

Its flooded like this years ago but it gets worse every time .to many houses being constructed on green fields which where a natural soakaway.

Lived in Uttoxeter since I was three I originate from Hollington. Used to live at Davies drive opposite the shop.

I live at the top of ballance hill if it floods up there we are all flooded😂
