Last week I broke up with my girlfriend of 2 years and lost my "stable" job. It was probably the lowest point of my life in recent times. I vented out to my mother and straight up considered suicide. I am Bipolar and its really hard to regulate my emotions. This has helped me regain focus on the gym and working on myself. Thanks for making this.
