At the end, you mentioned messing with time. in the VERY FIRST Fazbear Fright's story, there is a time travel ball pit. No joke.

@@johnjordan211 It allowed Oswald to interact with the people from the past and it allowed Spring Bonnie to terrorize Oswald when he got back from the past. I think what you might be thinking about is in the later epilogues when the detective started to have memories from the past with the ball pit in them.

Call him the Peter Pan of the FNAF series because William Afton is ready to take your children to a magical place, far, far away. And you'll never see them again.
Dark jokes about certain iterations of Peter Pan aside, it's always felt weird that the crying child was one of the biggest pieces of FNAF 4 but he just never gets a name. We know William, Micheal, and Elizabeth but CC just never got a name. Obviously, the fandom has made up a few names to call him, but we never actually got anything concrete. Especially because his death is such a big turning point for Micheal but also the family as a whole. Little weird but that's just me.
List of possible names:
-Gregory (if Gregbot were to be believed, even then, given they refused Jeremey, I would not be surprised)
-Chris (Fan name, probably one of the first)
-Evan (theorized from the Activity Logbook and The Real Jake)
the closest thing to a name is probably just evan, since is the only one born from a theory, of course a theory with weak foundation (since is a kind of forced attempt in solving one of the pages in the logbook which i dont know if it has answers to this day), but a theory nonetheless

Noice! When it comes to FNAF lore, it's always super tricky to figure out how game 5, sister location, fits into the lore. I always remind people that initially, the lore of the first 4 games was that it was all a dream in the crying child's head after his accident, but the fans didn't like that so scott(the game writer) basically changed the story and made sister location as the first game of the new story. So as Scott said, not all of the details are going to fit perfectly. So in my opinion, since all the pieces CANT fit into a coherent story, I'd be quicker to pay attention to the evidence that comes later rather than the first 4 games. The tricky thing is that we don't know the details we are supposed to ignore. So with the crying child, we may not know WHAT he saw, but we do know he saw SOMETHING that made him scared of animatronics. While that could have been his sisters death(unlikely in my opinion since circus baby just doesn't make sense yet), seeing g people wearing suits can be interpreted badly in the mind of a child. We just don't know. Anyway thanks for the great reaction!
Really hoping Help Wanted 2 gives something to clear up Sister Locations place in the timeline.
Fnaf 4 and Fnaf SL is the most confusing games in the entire franchise. More confusing then the books, and the rest of the games combined.

My personal death order is Charlie (to light the spark on Acton’s research of remnant) then Elizabeth as he tried to gather stuff through murder experimentation (you really can’t say what conclusion he may have drawn but given the position of the puppet when chaise possessed it maybe being really close was a necessary step (plus it’s a lot easier to explain that as a mechanical failure and it doesn’t directly link him compared to going out and doing some MCIs) and then CC given the empty room the design of the nightmares (if the encyclopaedia is write which I doubt, and the fact he’s obviously under a lot of security

Something similar happend in game lore as well, but in Game theory Ultimate fnaf timeline was only from Aftons perspective not Henry's.

Glad you are continuing the series! I’ve really been enjoying these reactions since it’s a great way to get a summary of the FNAF story. I would say if you want to continue part 3 “burn them all” is a good place to stop since part 4 “rebirth” has a lot of stuff to still figure out.

6:00 I think a good comparison for the William Afton that Game Theory is showing is the Joker, he was originally a good though flawed man like Afton (Who had a nice idea and dream but he was very envoius of Henry) and then on one bad day that all changed, they snao and they both became insane mass murderers.
If you want a bit of a sillier, less serious take on the FNAF lore, I'd recommend "Jack Complains About the FNAF Storyline" by Bumbles McFumbles.

It's interesting how near the end you mention time travel and all that stuff, when time travel is literally a thing established in the series. Something to think about

Not established as of yet. It doesn't fit anywhere in the timeline yet. It's in the books yea but it's not apart of the lore, not to mention crazy takes such as time traveling, faz goo, stitch wraith, etc. Are just some interpretations as to what's actually canon. For example the stitch wraith refers to the crying child and Cassidy sharing Golden Freddy, or faz goo being a interpretation of remnant (I think). Not sure what timetravel is supposed to interpret for the lore although it wouldn't surprise me if they made it an actual thing
@@soldiersgr996 dude. I never said it's in the game lore or anything near that. I said it's established in the series, meaning it's a thing that exist, whether that is in games, books, guide, encyclopedia or the logbook. Time travel is still a thing that exist somewhere in the Freddy verse, and i literally even said 'it's an interest thing to think about', i.e. could explain something given the idea we are presented with. Never said it's a part of the *specifically* game lore.

The way I see it is William stays extremely close to Elizabeth as she’s killed before the sister location is opened no one else had been there not Clara or Mike and the way baby acts is very William like going as far as killing Mike to use his body and trying to kill him again in pizzeria simulator with her deranged voice lines talking of cutting Mike to pieces and torturing him and clearly indicating that she thinks William brought them to the pizzeria as a part of some great plan she herself has become disillusioned following her fathers dark footsteps to make her daddy proud

I wouldn't take these too seriously as quite a bit of it [mainly in part 4] is speculation and even has some direct problems that Matt seemed to have purposefully skipped. A big problem with the entirety of the timeline is Matt takes things from the books but then ignores things that invalidate him. I personally think he should've have just done a timeline using solid evidence and just left out anything he is forced to add using headcanon
But most of that came out after i think
there isnt a clean story so of course theres gonna be stuff skipped since even in the games theres stuff that goes against each other

I theorized that Henry Emily was responsible for designing the spring-lock mechanism used in the suits and that William blamed Henry for his son's death (upon everything else he despised Henry for), hence he murders Charlotte in retaliation, having gone insane from grief, resentment, and hatred. Somewhere between the death of the two children he discovers remnant; the soul-based byproduct of children dying horrible deaths and its potential to grant immortality (my guess - he realized his son's soul was in Golden Freddy, or perhaps even that Charlotte/Charlie was in the Puppet). Hence his mad crusade to kill children and harvest Remnant.
The animatronics would become harvesting machines as remnant seemed to be created from the dead corpses of children (the reason he hid the bodies of his victims inside the animatronics and the reason the Scooper from the Scooping Room was designed to rip out the animatronic endoskeletons and harvest the Remnant they produced). All of this in the hopes of resurrecting his dead son... a tragic evil.
That’s a good theory and would explain why he snapped 🤔

The thing that has me confused is that actually as far as I know, william never cared for his children and he just see them as tests subjects for the agony remnant. So here explaining that all the "killing children" was because he cared about and got mad, is far less precise that the fact that he always wanted to experiment with childs and the agony/gas allucination. (which is not mentioned here) 🤔

Just as a precaution. I would recommend watching the fourth episode, but just be aware that most of it is speculation. While i personally liked it, i do recognize that it probably isn’t canon.

FINALLY! FNAF Lore makes sense 😂 I just came back and I just got obliterated by new lore of "Remnants"
You know, it's funny how you think time travel is impossible in FNAF, when in the books, a character time travels to the past in the weirdest way possible, but to one of the worst days in FNAF history. So, time travel is possible in FNAF, only it's to the past, not the future. And I don't think anyone's had any actual That's So Raven style visions of the future, either. Not even the kind that scar the person seeing it, which you would think would be something that Scott Cawthon could use as a horror plot device.

The only thing is Mike Afton was a bully towards his brother is because William Afton was favorizing Evan Afton (the crying child) and he was super jealous and angry about that. And if Mike showed emotions he always told him to man up and ignored Mike´s feelings.

@@Argonisgema no they're tied to the games. They've confirmed and created a lot of theories while being in a seperate universe. How you may ask? Well there's stuff in the books that interpret things in the main universe. For example faz goo is a parallel to remnant, the stith wraith is a parallel to Golden Freddy being controlled by two spirits aka Cassidy and the Crying Child, and many others. They're pretty much canon without it actually being in the main universe, basically every book is a puzzle

Really? Can I have a source to catch up? Because I haven't payed much attention since matpat made the timeline videos. I came back 2 days ago after I saw the Security Breach Ruin DLC trailer
There is no such source that would give accurate information yet.
Theories about William's gradually increasing insanity, and that he is a victim of circumstances, are especially popular, although this has no unequivocal confirmation. Also, any prehistory before the opening of Fredbear's should be in doubt, since there is practically no evidence for it.
In the video, little time is devoted to the remnant, although this is almost the basis of all the mayhem going on in games, especially the basis of William's motivation.
(In general, where I "came from", Matpat is considered to be an extremely dubious FNaF-theorist who has been doing something unintelligible lately).
You can turn to the fandom, but even there the information may be incorrect, although it is the most reliable.
Much of what is said in this video is based on fragments from "Fazbear's Frights", but since these are allegories, this should also be in doubt.
In the end, after "Tales from the Pizzaplex", which Mat has not deigned to analyze yet, this video becomes more uninformative and invalid in the long run.
So getting acquainted with the plot through this blogger, in my opinion, is a wrong decision.
