Marie Claire.....thank goodness for you and Missy!!! I cane back here hoping you were analyzing this show as I appreciate this story and all the symbolism within it. The general populous unfortunately is not able or willing to look deeper into the story beats to better understand what is really happening here. I have enjoyed this show. It actually saddens me that there are parts of the fandom that are somewhat hateful and/or not seriously giving it the chance that I feel it deserves. Love to hear you ladies explain the mythology and the representative symbolism. I love to go deep in the mythos. Thank you girls!!!❤❤❤
I'm still so worried that Sol is gonna die in this finale. Part of me still doubts that Qimir will but I've been thinking that maybe Qimir's old master will kill him if he/she shows up in the finale. His knowledge of Qimir possibly being Sith still sets him up as a loose end so the Jedi are still stuck in the dark. Another part of me thinks maybe he leaves the Order because of his guilt or even being framed for what happened and that causes him to flee. I'm setting up my prayer circle for Sol!
😊 Loved your conversation about this episode. Also did you notice the echo of episode six, when Sol was talking to himself asking why he didn't see that villain's intentions. It's like a repeating trauma for him, he keeps misinterpreting everyone's intentions. The family dynamics of the twins, their mother, Qimir... even Mae says it's because his mind is clouded. Most of all, he misunderstands other so much, because he never understands his own intentions. Like Qimir said, I've accepted my darkness, what have you done with yours? He kept forcing his answer on Torbyn, then his viewpoint on Osha... even to Mae, last episode, he ties her down and says: you're going to listen... We kind of have to ask... has he changed? Has he grown?... Can't wait for the next episode :)) Last time I was this excited about anything star wars, the prequels hadn't come out. Really hope the Acolyte gets a second season. It has good writing, great ideas, and the guts to challenge the tradicional formulas of star wars of how you tell a story... Anyway, great conversation ;)
Boy, Sol has major confirmation bias going on! I was wondering why the heck he was so fixated on her and now I get it. You guys are amazing, I’ll never watch these shows without listening again. You make it all so rich. I think it’s time to buy Women Who Run With The Wolves.
Apparently in the Nerdist interview Lesley confirms Indara killed them but unintentionally. She was just trying to say Kelnacca and was meddling with this energy and power she didn’t understand.
@@WhatTheForce What timing! Lol but I still don’t know how I feel about it because like Missy said you would think they would spend more time on something as big as that. Because it’s hard to tell as is. Then again killing a whole coven accidentally makes sense why she essentially becomes a hermit.
i couldn't wait to hear this podcast episode. i was left so upset by Choice. i hadn't trusted Sol from the beginning & with what we just witnessed, i felt nothing but contempt for him. he is far from my favorite character but i can't say i'm not relieved that you make a case for understanding him more deeply & that yes, he may redeem himself. as long as he gets over his repulsion with the dark feminine! i'd be so happy if Qimir survives & Osha joins him as a Knight of Ren.

I find it odd that Mother Aniseya said to not use violence and yet she forcefully entered Torbin’s
mind.
@@pearliceberg5779 I guess she doesn’t view it as a violent act - when she requires him to agree. But yes it is very intrusive!
It was in HER house though. Torbin wasn’t invited
