Sharona and Natalie were both perfect for Monk, in their own ways. I prefer Natalie as an assistant on cases, because while she is tough too, she seems to let Monk do Monk better and doesnt seem as personal for her. Sharona seemed a little competitive against Monk a little too much at times.

Even the captain was a little hesitant to bring monk in, although in his case it was at least partly because he wanted to protect Monk. But it was also because he couldn't help but be a little resentful that Monk always upstaged them so much.

If anyone has seen the movie “A League of Their Own”, she was in the “There’s no crying in baseball!” scene. She was so cute and adorable in that movie, and her character is the polar opposite of Sharona.

At 0:55 the "psychic" uses one of the most important tactics in the toolbox for this kind of charlatan: giving out vague guesses and letting the subject fill in the blanks. "There's a young man in your life." (How many women Sharona's age DON'T have any "young man" in their lives?) And Sharona says, "Oh, that would be my son." Then, at 3:24, Sharona uses the same ploy with the librarian: "He was tall--with glasses." (How many college age guys DON'T know at least one "tall" man with glasses?) And the librarian suggests, "Ross Kelton?" to which Sharon exclaims, "That's right!"
I love Sharona more!! She is just so sassy and funny. She got more chemistry with Randy and captain. On the other hand I just find Natalie was boring and her facial acting was kind of off.

He assumed the killer(or the victim?) got one, so he figured out which one was missing and then went there. Any fans that can help me learn which episode that was?!

She--never Natalie--says, "You're the best." And she means it. She helps him believe in himself. I don't think "always mean to" means what you think it means.
