I played as a slytherin and he was rude as hell to me😂 my housemates were even mad of me that we got some housepoints taken because of something small.

Its tap game like farmville etc. All you do its tapping screen for like 5 min And then waiting couple od hours to fill up energy bar. You cant even run free. This game is boring af. Better google maguss game. Open beta starts 17 feb.
Overall since it’s a mobile app it’ll have it’s limits. Hopefully tho seeing the success of this J.K. Rowling will get inspired to create a bigger game on a much bigger platform, perhaps online that you can download on laptops and such.

It plays exactly how you’d want a Potter MMORPG to play. They do an alright job of making it look less like Minecraft. 😂

HP games are the best! Also, this one I'm pretty looking forward to. It's just I would've liked if they didn't give you the choice to choose your house, rather choosing and based on your choices you get the fitting house! That doesn't mean I'm not playing the game. I will play it for sure ;>

Now I want a PC MMORPG Hogwarts game with good graphics and no turn-based battles. The Harry Potter world has so much potential for a mmorpg game. Pet system(owls, cats, etc) is there, weapons(wands) are there, skills(spells) are there, potions are there, well fleshed out NPCs(HP characters) are there, etc. Add some more maps with monsters and 'fantastic beasts' and content like hippogriff mounts for the higher-leveled witches and wizards who 'graduated' and we're good to go.
We need an online HP forum where you get to create your character, move it aroynd at will to be able to explore all of Hogwarts, make it online so you can meet other players around the world, have minigames (like quiditch or goblet of fire), actual classes, tasks, quests with main characters, be able to hang out at your houses common room, and battling with monsters in missions or random spawns outside the castle and by the black lake, AND PLEASE LET IT BE PC AND NOT MOBILE, etc

The fact characters don't have voices throws me off whilst there are background noises and not much music to be heard, it sounds awkward to me. Honestly, the only kind of an RPG that the Potter universe should offer, is an actual open-worldish RPG like the AAA titles we get. Especially as many of the fans have grown up and would expect more depth than this. At the same time, the playfulness of going to Hogwarts shouldn't be lost. A tricky combination to get right, but if done proper, a blockbuster hit! But please no MMORPG!! No microtransactions, no loot boxes, etc. This is what ruins proper role-playing experience, sad but true!
You know what the best thing would be? If all the books could be read and treated as knowledge. I would never complain if they decided to put real life subject textbooks for ‘Muggle studies’. It would be so much nicer to study like that, but that’s probably never gonna happen.

It is basically you make a character and watch them explore and learn while at hogwarts basically in this game it takes place before Harry comes to Hogwarts in 1980 something and you're basically dealing with problems that Harry dealt with including a trouble past dealing with something that had to do with your characters brother/making friends/a female rival

Where does the storyline take place in the Harry Potter timeline? Also, I thought this was going to be an RPG?
It is basically you make a character and watch them explore and learn while at hogwarts basically in this game it takes place before Harry comes to Hogwarts in 1980 something and you're basically dealing with problems that Harry dealt with including a trouble past dealing with something that had to do with your characters brother/making friends/a female rival
I was really excited for a second until I realized it's just some point and click game on iOS. Harry Potter has so much potential for the gaming world, and this is the only thing they've come up with since 2011. You know how awesome an open world Harry Potter game would be? I would seriously cry.

hope there comes a pc game sims and harry potter adventure combinated. where you can be a hogwart student but you can follow school and all kind of adventures almost as if you lived in the film. also wouldnt it be cool if you can be an animagus or have colour changing hair like tonks. ;) :)
