I’m not saying it is this guys choice, but some people choose to be homeless because that’s just what they don’t value and are perfectly happy without what our society considers a normal home. This man is a very skilled /talented chef homeless or not the average home cook (in America at least) does not cook at this level. Once again I’m not saying it’s this gentleman’s choice to live like this, but I also would not be surprised if he just doesn’t mind not owning a home or a traditional place to stay that our society thinks of

There are different degrees of being homeless. Homeless classifies as someone who literally doesn't have a home to permanently live in. Sometimes they depend on living in cars, hotels, or couch surfing at family and friends. Then there are people who just live on the streets. That being said homeless people can look presentable & clean. It just depends on the person and situation 🤷
