Don't get me wrong, I love Puerto Rico. The Taino and Arawak elements will forever have my heart, but it's very clear there a lot of the influences came from and it's not Spain.
The first time I heard of Nigeria and met a person from there was when I was 10 and my P.E teacher happened to be from there. He was the best P.E teacher I've ever had. Can remember My Heritage made a mistake with their DNA tests about twelve years ago and a lot of people in the UK and Ireland were getting DNA test results saying they were 98.5% British/Irish/European and 1.5% Nigerian. It was some sort of glitch in the reporting but it took them years to work it out. I was one of those folks who had grown quite proud of my tiny, yet surprising Nigerian heritage. Now they've taken it away again, I kinda resented losing it LOL.
WOW! I'm very highly impressed. Surprisingly well detailed. I was a bit concerned at first because foreigners usually do a terrible job talking about Nigeria but this was really good. Keep it up.
Who else thinks Ghana and Nigeria deserves better but because of bad leadership, these two countries are developing on a slow space.?? By the way I still love my Nigerian friends and I would love to have more friends there.
It's bad governance and a failed education system. Compared to other countries, Nigerians don't have a strong culture of protesting and demanding for better which comes from a largely uneducated populace. Nigerians are satisfied with mediocrity and have gotten used to the failed corrupt system. Sadly, you can't change the mentality of a people without addressing the failed education system which the government is too corrupt to address. They would rather have a population living in darkness because an enlightened and tired population would demand a true revolution.
Same here too they are so many indians here so many of them where giving birth to in Nigeria they also have their indian festival you can check it on TH-cam
@Heru Behudety Unfortunately, that is part of the human condition. Even when you look at Arab countries many may discriminate against blacks and other ethnic/racial groups. :C
17:56. You can't be far from the truth. I'm Ghanaian. There is no friend/brother like Nigeria. We may have issues at the national level (even Germany and France have it), but at the end of the day, especially on a person-to-person level, we got each other. How do we get Ghana and Nigeria to be one country? (sometimes it seems or there are wishes like that). Perhaps we each take the adjacent country, ie. Ghana takes Togo and Nigeria takes Benin, then we form one country. But then Ivory Coast and Ghana share an even common and closer history. That all tells us that the demarcation of Africa was and is just wrong! Hope as the years pass by we realize this and unite.
@@saraha2250 No. Ghana was not a part of the Benin Kingdom. The Benin kingdom stretched up to Dahomey to all on present day country of Benin Republic. Ashanti people had their own kingdom stretching into Ivory Coast
Looks like people are not aware of the shared history Nigeria and Ghana has as Anglophone colonies or the movements of people between countries during civil uprisings or that cultures have the tendancy to blend and be shared between different countries.....

@@fascistnationalistmovement8055 I'll give it to Rwanda
@Neon Dawn Yesss

Its still the one thing that pisses me off to this day. The demarcation is the true greatest terror to befsll Africa in the 21st century
Ghana was part of the Great Benin Kingdom which is in Nigeria before colonization. That makes them brothers and sisters 💙

What is the relationship? The two countries have nothing in common beside the fact that they are both West African countries
