- With all the Buzz Lightyear figures we have, we sorted them out. This is my Disney store/shop Buzz Lightyears. The 25th anniversary, Special edition, toy detector, regular Buzz, and mean Buzz. Which Lightyear did you have or still in your collection?

That glow in the dark is awesome. Wish they did that with the signature collection ones...
Same here, i worked by that right away, hopefully maybe when Toy Story 5 comes out they make one 😬

It glows pretty good in the dark, it looks better in person the camera cant really see it. Which buzz lightyear do you have?
Im not really a huge fan of Disney Store Buzz Lightyears but i do like some of these. I really like the far right one, which i think is the 2020 disney parks version. It has really unique phrases compared to the rest. The glow in the dark one is really solid overall, but my favorite is definitely the metallic buzz. Sadly the quality of the older Disney store buzzes is a lot worse so it's not perfect but it does look the nicest
im hoping disney store would level up on the buzz lightyear figs, its been similar with little changes here and there, it would be nice if they have a more premium action figures , i would pay extra for that. So maybe have like two lines , the basic buzz and the collectors edition buzz more features etc.
I remember when I was a kid like 6 or 7 I got the signature collection buzz and when I used to go the park with my cousins I’d run around with buzz in my hands with his wings out it was the funnest thing ever

Man, it's already been a year already and the 25th anniversary buzz lightyear. He's already turning 13 years old this year. Isn't that a surprise? And the standard Disney store buzz is about to be 7 years old. I'm pretty sure it is a 2017 release. And then the Disney collection and limited edition glowing the dark buzz lightyear are both turning 5 years old. And then.
The toy detector buzz is turning 3. I seen all of these on eBay and I'm trying to go for the 25th anniversary buzz and the special edition buzz. They're both really high-priced, but I'm saving my money up for it.
yea im trying to look on ebay and the price has not really lowered, since they havent made a recent buzz im looking for some rare ones, but they are expensive.
I only happen to own Limited Edition 1 of 6000 Disney Store Buzz with the Neon Green and Silver paint scheme from 2010 that came with the Black, White, and Silver Woody. Plus an Original Disney Store Advanced Spanish Speaking Buzz for Toy Story 3 with a slightly different grim face head sculpt that I removed for a Custom Buzz Lightyear Project that includes 34 phrases total: 19 Spanish and 15 English

I'm thinking Disney store should do a 30th anniversary. Disney store buzz to celebrate the fact whenever Toy Story turns 30 years old.
they should and probably will come out with a 30th anniv buzz, its going to look very similar with just a few changes

I am definitely thinking they should do a 30th anniversary. Buzz lightyear for the Disney store that can be also metallic as well. Well, of course, they should make that whenever Toy Story turns 30 years old. It's got 2 years left until once it turns 30 years old.
also around 2 years they might have the next toy story so im definitely excited for the updated buz

I just like it saying. Andy on the bottom of the feet. More than Bonnie. Add my favorite ones Is the D23 buzz lightyear But they also call it the 25th anniversary, buzz lightyear. And I like the 2019 limited edition buzz too.
cant go wrong with buzz lightyear hehehe great choices you made, i too prefer andy on the bottom of buzz feet, nothing wrong with bonnie but it just brings the memories of when i saw the first toy story movie.
I have the Disney Stor limited edition, it's a little detonated cause the foot is glued on, and the helmet don't movie automaically, but overall, it's ok!

Toy Story 1 and 2 movie has Andy written at the bottom of buzz feet and when they introduce bonnie in Toy Story 3 they put Bonnie 😀
The button located in the middle of the new model's stomach is annoying. Why would they put a button there, especially when they've created such a beautiful model?
are you talking about the sensor for the toy detector feature?, yea you have a point , it would be better if they move that somewhere else maybe the wings?

I have the same thing and I just replaced the batteries and then the wings don't pop out and karate chop doesn't really work do you know how I can fix it ?
i try not to tinker inside buzz jetpack, some of my buzz are old the plastic tends to break, ill do more harm than good. sorry your buzz broke

That’s a tough question between the five Buzz here, i like them all, but if i had to pick one probably the special edition because of the features like glow in the dark and the Spanish phrases 👍
I have the toy detector buzz. But it's a 2023 release. I meant by. I actually have 2 of them. The other one is A.
2022 release I believe. And I can't believe that limited edition buzz. Is so expensive on eBay if it pops up And then the buzz with 30 phrases. I have that one, but it's from Disney parks. And it has 15 phrases.
awesome you have both 2022 and 2023 version of toy detector, is there a difference by the way between those two buzz? phrases?
There is a little bit of a difference. The 2022 release. Has a bit of a darker shade of green. And then the 2023 has a lighter shade. And for some reason, the Voicebox on the 2022 version stopped working. But it does still work, but there's no sound. The laser light still works and the lights on the wings still work. And for some reason, the new 2022 and 2023 vers. Iand don't have anything on the bottom of their foot. And I think maybe you should probably get one of those newer ones from the Disney shop. To replace the older ones since it doesn't have a working green light on the wing anymore. And the voice phrases are exactly the same. And I got the 2023 toy detector zurg figure 2. And they kind of updated it so that way, when they both respond to each other, they have a more longer conversation like the 2021. Versions whenever they talk to each other, they only Responded to each other. Once And sorry if you We're waiting for a response from me if you sent this a while ago. I didn't see it until today.
oh its totally ok, we get busy also sometimes the comment doesnt come right away. i think the 2022 disney store buzz has issue with their quality my buzz too lost his voice but still lights up maybe like a loose wire or something. its interesting on how they dont have bonnie or andy in buzz's feet? maybe they are gearing up for toy story 5 hehehe, i do wish andy comes back i can totally relate.
I think Andy might indeed be in Toy Story 5.

All disney store buzz looks same (the spaceship box is also same) but some has more phrases , some doesn't

Hi 👋 good question disney store disney collection pretty much uses the same mold sculp thats why its hard to tell the difference, slight changes like the face and you mentioned phrases, like for example i bought a buzz at jc penney not at a disney store, it’s cheaper but the downside is there are less phrases and one of the buttons didn’t work,,,,, disney store has to change something to be updated thats why some buzz have less phrases or might have different ones, when Toy Story 4 came out they have a toy detector feature, its when you can have Toy Story character interact with each other. Basically they can’t sell you the exact same thing because it needs to be somewhat updated 👍
