    Cottage cheese is a sleeper. I don’t eat it plainly but I do put a serving in with my eggs for extra protein. Game changer.

    Another great video as always. I was just in my favorite local supplement shop in my hometown and bam..He was stocking Anabars. So glad to see more places getting them in. I'm getting some for my daughter to try as well. Truly are the best! All the rest just don't stack up.

    The BCAAs in my water is a game changer. Getting my water in super easy now. The cottage cheese is also a great easy simple hack. Your cookbook is the most read book in this household. Impossible not to see results, Down 50+ lbs since i've changed my diet.

    Love all the recipes and nutritional advice from this channel and in the cookbook. I use these recipes everyday and currently prepping for a natural classic physique show and these recipes make it so much easier to prep and still enjoy myself. My favorite recipes right now are the anabolic pancakes and shrimp fried rice. Those are in the meal plan everyday right now.

    frag it, worth showing some love to the handful of high-protein, low-fat cooks (primarily you and felu) who've helped me make it this far, start off 2023 at 280 pounds and decided that something had to give, now i'm a 220 pound punk (in the subcultural sense) working third shift and hauling heavy shit all night, who's only 20 pounds away from their end goal without losing a whole lotta muscle specifically because of your recipes, thanks so much for what you do!

    Agree completely with Cottage cheese. I love it, I put a lot of pepper with it and will kill an entire tub. Also, if you're not a fan of just regular Cottage cheese, get the kroger one that has pineapple in it. Its the exact same calories with 2 grams less protein and tastes awesome.

    Cottage cheese + berries with classic oatmeal is my go to breakfast! Just a pinch of salt mixed with the oats too and it's a perfect balance between sweetnes of the berries and savory of the cottage cheese and salted oatmeal!

      Just start big bro, I was 316 only 6 months ago now I’m sitting at 242 and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. Get into lifting fuck cardio for now, focus on getting your protein in every day and cut out the junk slowly. It all falls into place

    Canada doesn't have all the same foods as US, when I went to a USA Costco I was stunned with the amount of options for food. There's no reason to struggle with weight loss in the USA in my opinion. There's so many simple and easy foods to buy compared to here. When I take a trip down again to see the in-laws genna order some of your protein bars in advance to try them out.

    Question about the Water w/ BCAA - are you doing 1 scoop with the 4L or are you following the canister and doing 1 scoop per 440ml ? because with that method you're doing like 6 scoops lol..
    I know in the video you said "A couple scoops and it taste like Kool-aid".. So is it really 2 scoops ?

    Here is a great hack for the cottage cheese-add sugar free diced peach from del Monte or other brands like Dole--40 cal and makes the cottage cheese taste like a dessert!! Try it…thank me later ;)

    Don't forget, if you take D3 you need Magnesium to go along with it. If you are not getting Mag from food, take a supplement or you could easily run into health issues from a Magnesium deficiency. Do your own research on this to make sure you are on top of the latest research, but this is how I understand it to be working.

    The 60 second cheesecake recipe is messed up. You have pb fit in the picture, and I can see you put the pb fit in with the Greek yogurt but you make no mention of it and I ruined the recipe. Cmonnnnnn
