Wow, that sentence in the site’s terms of service regarding parental controls is such a nonanswer on their part. In the modern age of internet, do they truly believe that kids will make sure to get parental consent? The average kid doesn’t voluntarily give up their internet privileges, and adults usually have a difficult time setting up the parental controls. They need to either do better or get sued into the ground.

Exactly. Roblox should do the right thing and fully close the loopholes that allows these sites to access peoples’ robux. It does technically benefit Roblox financially to have kids buy more robux to gamble tho 🤔

Great video, however roblox did add a new update yesterday. They did this to prevent accounts getting compromised and to stop the blackmarket altogether. They added a feature where if you trade a limited it is held for 2 days, it makes it impossible to gamble limiteds now. I’m not exactly sure what the consequences will be for buying offsite, roblox may flag suspicious trades and take action on those who participate, only time will tell. The roblox blackmarket died and rates crashed over 50 percent.

Instead of having a regular age verification system such as KYC verification, they just ask users to use selfie verification (its exactly what is sounds like) that most underage people bypass using fake images, thay have done nothing to counteract this, because it generates them profits.

I think using robux should be banned from the gambling sites. Everyone knows only KIDS would have robux so it’s an obvious scam geared towards children without actually saying “this gambling site is for kids only…” yet it basically….by using robux as a form of gambling credits. Online gambling sites are obviously not used by kids mainly and just a bunch of adults. Robux however… Plus, factor in the horrible discovery that highly subbed TH-camrs whose main audience are *children* actually get paid to ADVERTISE these sites is so so sad. The owners of these sites know EXACTLY what they are doing. They must have more rules out into place.
