Actually not all limes are seedless, here in California they often sell limes with seeds near where I live hahaha. This recipe looks amazing! Can't wait to try it.
@@justmedonnamarie7753 That is not always true. You can cross-breed specific fruits without using genetic engineering to not have seeds. A good example of this is seedless watermelon. Natural fruits the way God made them DO have seeds, but many fruits you eat are not actually original fruits anyways. A good example is oranges, oranges are a hybrid fruit that was cross-bred from other ancient fruits. Oranges didn't exist 500 years ago. Many other fruits are good examples of this as well. Limes and lemons sold in the USA are NOT genetically modified, not yet at least. But researchers are finding a way currently to ruin that for everybody soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
I've went down a rabbit hole with your videos. Started with the hawawshi(my daughter needs to make an Egyptian dish for school) and here I am... cant wait to try this !
Making this for Sunday’s supper. I’m including your beautiful Lebanese rice as well. Thanks so very much for sharing. It’s always good to have another way to prepare chicken 🐓.
I gotta tell you, I made this yesterday for dinner and paired it with garlic, lime, cilantro cauliflower rice and my 15 year old daughter fell in love!!😍 after she tried it, she was asking me to make it again before she even sat down to eat it lol!! Thank you!!!✌💜
@@TheMediterraneanDish How did you make lime chicken in a cast iron skillet? Acids strip away the seasoning on the skillet. Did this damage your skillet?
I made this tonight me and my girlfriend both loved it it was nice simple and easy the lime you could taste but it wasn't overwhelming I made it along with your broiled eggplant once more I appreciate your videos and you made it so easy to follow
Didnt have garlic powder so I had to mince some fresh garlic and let it dry out in the sun for 2 days. Also didnt have white wine so I crushed grapes and let it ferment for a month. Now I'm ready to eat.
Omg this looks so fantastic, I’ll probably try this at my friend’s house as we have been cooking most of your recipes there -and we enjoy every single one- and I know it has to be amazing! Thank you for sharing
I just absolutely love, adore, cherish - oh no, I'm running out of adjectives! - your delicious recipes and fun, beautiful personality. Now that I got that off my chest, I'm going to try this chicken tonight! Thanks so much:)))
Suzy oh my goodness this was absolutely amazing. Made the Lebanese rice with it. Even my picky son has requested that I make this again next weekend. I will definitely put this in menu rotation . Thank you so much
Hi ok can you use something else instead of wine and different broth cause no kosher I can’t have wine nor the broth if not kosher unless I can find it in a Arabic store thank u
I know Adam Ragusea recommends some lemon juice with a splash of vinegar. You won’t use the full amount though. You’ll want to use the broth to deglaze the pan and scrape off the bits.
I so want to make this but I have one question - I'm one of those people who can't get my nose past fresh cilantro without wanting to puke - can parsley be substituted?
That is a very real thing, I am aware of it. We have multiple recipes that have some similarity but use different flavors. I can recommend the Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken Drumsticks or the Pesto Chicken recipe. We have videos for both here on the channel
I'm new to this channel and I love the recipes, but I could pay closer attention to the cooking if you weren't so crazy beautiful. Other than that, great channel! LOL.
This is my first time viewing. I enjoyed watching her cook with joy and confidence. I will try this recipe.
My wife doesn’t love cilantro or lime but she loved the cilantro lime chicken. I made it following your directions. Excellent
I love cilantro! Being Indian we use it all the time. Can't wait to try your recipe!

Also, seedless limes are genetically modified limes. All fruit should have seeds.

I did not know limes did not have seeds. That was the best part of the video!
Lol! Right!
If using skinless chicken, would you still brown it first? Looks great!
It would be optional, but personally I would because it adds flavor and color
Yummy.. What wine did you use and at what temperature did you bake?
Love love love your recipes!
You make it so enjoyable and easy and fun! and you are just 'asal always smiling mashallh

Now, I am not a good cook, this made me a great cook. Very tasty, enlightening, zesty, super nice. Will experiment with a little bit more paprika.

Let's not kid ourselves...this awesome dish will be great with oven-crisped tater tots, too.

Can you also cook this in a slow cooker??? Thanks
Yes you can!
What is season salt ?
Love to use cast iron to cook ,delicious
Could you cook it on the stove top to save energy and keep the kitchen cooler in the summer?
Is there a printer friendly version of this recipe? Link please.
Hi ok can you use something else instead of wine and different broth cause no kosher I can’t have wine nor the broth if not kosher unless I can find it in a Arabic store thank u
Madam, if we fry chicken in extra virgin olive oil will we colestrol patients get the benefits of extra virgin olive oil..
Please tell .. 🙏🏻
What can u use if u dont want wine? Or can i just leave it out?
You can use broth or water!
What can I use instead of dry white wine and what can I serve it with?
Apple cider vinegar would be a decent swap, but maybe just a few splashes instead of a cup.
I know Adam Ragusea recommends some lemon juice with a splash of vinegar. You won’t use the full amount though. You’ll want to use the broth to deglaze the pan and scrape off the bits.
Bar b q the chicken it was terrific
Making this right now! :D
Enjoy!
@@TheMediterraneanDish So good! :)
could you deglaze with vodka or would that taste off?
or beer?
Is there an alternative to wine ? For those of us who don’t consume alcohol.
I'm gonna try this! and thank you for the laugh!
What is seasoned salt? I see it is orange in colour
Seasoning salt

Looks so tasty but the black part that we have to add water better we not allow to get burn bc of liver disease but i bet is tasty😂👍🏻
What are the measurements for seasoning please
I list the ingredients in the description of the video and I include a link to the full recipe
Lime in a cast iron skillet? Please share how you avoided stripping away all your seasoning🤣

GMO limes are seedless. Of course it’s weird
