Lol, I"m glad I'm not the only one who thought the quantum mechanics explanations were forced and not wholly scientific 😭 I personally really liked the show until about halfway through, because the dynamic between Sakuta and Mai was my favorite part of it, although it felt like the writers made their relationship a secondary, background thing. To be fair, this means that other characters, like Futaba and Kaede, could have the spotlight and become more developed as characters, but I feel like it took away a lot from what we could have seen of the main relationship. Just my own thoughts, though. I'm excited for the new movie!
Honestly, the whole science thing was actually explained in a way that was fairly easy to comprehend, and I actually really like that they decided to balance the main relationship with the other shenanigans going on. Shows you how strong their relationship is even though they're both pretty busy. And yes, gimme movie now xD
@@ArkNeuron That's because they used the most basic of Quantum mechanics concepts to compare. Quantum Mechanics as a whole is essentially the physics equivalent of "I'm right until you prove me wrong" with the one saying this is whatever phenomenon is in question and said phenomenon was just explaining their girlfriend goes to another school
@@ArkNeuron The first movie was an absolute banger. The second one is a low ball for me as there were nothing major in it. Though it was a good movie it felt more like an hour long episode. I just can't wait for the third titled Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid. Finally Mai is getting some attention.
@@devanshsharma5219 defo think the second movie did not hit as hard as the first one personally, but I mean it’s kinda hard to expect otherwise if you, like me, considered the first movie to be so very 10/10 level good
I do think that the first three epsiodes are the peak of this show but the other arcs are very good and worth watching the movies are also very good and I’m glad we’re getting another season
The question was never "Is BGS better than Monogatari?" but rather "Is BGS good?" Everything's a copy or reference of each other nowadays, so we might as well enjoy it for what it is. That is the whole purpose of this series, after all :)
@@ArkNeuron no that’s valid, it’s just kind of the main turn off for me, as I cant help but point out aspects that couldn’ve been done better becauseI have that reference point
Remind me in like a month when I get some of these other ones I wanna do out of the way. It looks interesting, but I wanna wait until I actually go to write about it.
Let a homie catch up, would ya? XD Thanks for the reminder though. I'll at least peep the OST, cause that might pique my interest. Queue is getting long though ;-;
I think in the future, it's possible. the light novels are still ongoing last i checked, and the new movie covers volume 9. There are 13 out as of writing this, so use that info how you may :3
They've confirmed that the "college arc" will be animated. The college arc are the four latest light novels after Knapsack Kid (the movie that came out last December). They have not revealed what form the college arc will take. I'm hoping for a TV series as three episodes-per-book (like they did with the first, second and final arcs of the Bunny Girl Senpai TV series) would make for a great 12-episode series, but if the three movies have been profitable, they may go the movie route.

4:16 "No one believes it." Until they experience it for themselves, which is exactly what happened in the Logical Witch Arc(Rio Futaba's arc)
Wish I could've put this in
Here's praying to god the ending song doesn't make me have to play chicken with copyright blocks again ;-;
The first movie was a absolute 10/10 to me, can’t wait to check out the new movie sometime soon
It's reallllly good, i need to do a vid on the movies

Thank you for the videos, they are great!
Anytime bro
My biggest problem with the show is I that monogatari did everything it does, but better, 15 years ago

Koga still better
I don't actually dislike her XD
