I AM FACING PROBLEM WHEN I ADD NEW PERSON IN MACHINE WITH FINGER PRINT AND CARD BUT I M FACING PROBLEM MACHINE ACCEPT THE CARD BUT NOT FINGER SO I HAVE TO AGAIN DELETE FROM ACCESS GROUP AND AGAIN ADDED THEN IT WILL WORK I DID FOR MORE THEN 15 PERSON EVERY TIME WHEN I ADD NEW PERSON I HAVE TO DO LIKE THIS...
@Qasim Kham please touch and hold the display 10 seconds. After you can see the finger movement left or right. Then do it and select the device password and type the password and confirm. Then you can see the menu.

That is Software issue. Install the new Ivms 4200 and Check that ...

You can connect the utp cable (network cabel) directly device and computer .
