To upload all the information from ivms 4200, goto access control , creat access control group , select persons and Entrance(terminals) and after click on apply all devices. Your all data will be upload to terminal

Hi @LusiDremalov Check whether the schedule is set correctly & check whether the schedule is assigned to the specific person. Check whether there are transactions inside software. Do the calculation once more & see whether there is report.

Hi @user-zh5vt6df4t If status in iVMS4200 is offline means your PC's network segment and your device's network segment is different. If want to connect the device to internet you can configure the device from either iVMS4200 or remote browser or locally on device.

1. If I change or add a fingerprint for a user, will it automatically update in the device(s) that the user has access to?
2. Do you know which fingerprint algorithm is used on Hikvision devices? Like in ZKTeco, we use Version 10 or 9. I wonder if they are the same. Can I import my employee data from a ZKTeco device into a Hikvision device?

I have three shifts.
1 : 7am-3pm
2: 3pm-11pm
3: 11pm-7am
First and second shift work perfectly and the program counts working time.
But third shift does not count minutes,is it problem because it ends in next day ?

Hi, when adding a Biometric Device on iVMS, what device username is being requested for there?
Is it the Super Username & Password that was setup when installing iVMS on a PC or is it a different username, because when setting up the Biometric Device, I wasn't asked to input a username.

Hi, yes you can. You can assign PIN unique pin number for each user then select authentication method Card+PIN

You can go to time attendance -> calculate -> search by date & time -> from here, there should be an export button.

Hikvisions ivms software does not work with more than 1 shift unfortunately and that is a very big disapointment

For one person can only assign 1 shift. If you got few shifts for one person can use flexible shift instead. Then calculate by each check in/out.
