Dear customer,to detect online devices you should ensure that the device you wish to detect is connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN) .If the device is on a different subnet, it will not be detected by iVMS-4200.
for some reason the program shows my device as offline. I deleted it to reinstall it. the problem I have now is that the program sees it offline and when I try different settings I get the error *name of the device* does not have enough rights (HCNetSDK.dll[13].). However everything works via the web page and the NVR application. What to do to make it work again with the iVMS-4200 program
Dear customer, please ensure that you have added the device using an admin account. If you have not, you may encounter issues. For further assistance, please contact local support team. www.hikvision.com/en/about-us/contact-us/
Thank for the video. I have a question.
How can I find the online device, but in different subnet, in the same local home?
