You, are a gem! I've been crocheting for 20 years, but this is my first go at an amigurumi person, and the pattern was absolutely no help on how to "join the legs".
Damn what fell? I jumped with you. Lol Thank you this video helped alot! I'm making the queen Elizabeth doll for my grandmother in-law. I have the famous women in history crochet book but I've only done a doll once and have no idea why I couldn't figure it out this time. Been stuck on blankets for family Christmas gifts so my amigurumi skills feel dull right now. 😬
Exactly what I needed for my doll, thanks! The author of "My Fabulous Crochet Doll" needs to see the chaos she creates by having NO photos & writing "ch4 & continue around"... HUH?!? SCUSE ME, MADAM?? I showed 3 ppl & got 3 different guesses on exactly how to execute it.
Thank you so much for this video I hope I can now do a perfect leg join easy and slow video I always skipped that sl stitch chain at the end now I know I should count it as a stitch
Omg thank for such a clear and detailed explanation!! Def saving this. Question, are the chain stitches normally counted as part of the round or will it vary by pattern? The one I’m following isn’t clear about that detail. Thanks!

Great video, thank you. Q: if I want the spacing between the legs to be wider, would it work just as neatly to simply use a longer chain? Cheers!
Yes, I have seen different chain numbers. I'm making something with 8 chains between
Answered exactly the question I had, thanks!
Hey thank you. Explained so well..
What if the doll has shoes n end the legs not in the sides.. before connecting the legs..

I'm sorry I'm just getting back to you. But yes, the chains are counted as part of that round 🤗
Thank u so much. This was very helpful for me
Thank you, so well explained! ❤
I use a running stitch marker like that, too. I don't think that's as common.
Thank you so much, this helped a lot! :)
Do you have the bunny pattern?
Hey! What yarn do you use for the amigurumis?
