Abandoned dogs in Las Vegas mountains have nowhere to go

As the snow melts away in Kyle Canyon, those living there say they’re finding more pets abandoned nearby. It's a situation made worse by an already stressed animal shelter system.
Within minutes of his secluded neighborhood, Jimmy Alderson said 12 abandoned dogs were found in the past year and a half.

The Animal Foundation is the problem...IT NEED TO BE TOTALLY OVERHAULD>
NO way a person wanting to adopt a pet should have to wait 6 hours just to do a meet and greet.
An application should have to be filled out and screened first.
They are adopting out pets to people who should not be getting them.
No one should be allowed to adopt a pet if they have a history of taking them back and or abandoning them.
Plus, if the pet is not adoptable>>>>get a sanctuary going. The Animal Foundation has plenty of $$$budget.
Plus, I have been to the NSPCA AND always see empty kennels????
