This is so cool. I was adopted at birth. I'm only 27 years old and I have had the amazing gift from God to have found and met my birth mother in 2010 and then even more incredible finding my birth father this year. I have an amazing relationship with both of them and their families. My adopted parents and my biological parents all get along great to. We are all one big family now.

Say what...you are an extremely RARE case...how do you balance 4 families...(birth mom n dad and adopted)

@@Amaymay1000 we all just get along. I found my mom in 2010 after I turned 18. She had left information at the agency and from there I wouldn't stop asking about my dad and finally found him and it's all just worked out. I have a huge family on my birth dad's side and my adopted family think it's incredible and are happy for me. The town I live in did a story in the paper about me and my mom.

God has zero influence on this matter! Any “god” woukd give way to understanding and providing a family with keeping a child with her mother! Most mothers back then, were scorned and not allowed to keep their babies!! Adopted out to so called ‘better’ life! All in the name of religion! To save face and embarrassment for the family

My parents told me as soon as i could understand what adoption meant. I was happy and felt lucky i had a two parents who where thinking about my well being and future. I never hated either or my birth parents.
    I know both my parents.

I found my birth mom. And We did DNA test and 99.9% match But we already knew because we had matching thumbs. It is a genetic thing. We met for years. She was a nurse. I met my sister. Mom passed away in January 2018. Her birthday is coming up in 4 days.

The mom never wants to give up their baby. She l loves them forever. Why does a father forsake their daughter?? Why does a father lay guilt on their daughter?
    It’s hurts so much

And I was never adopted , unfortunately there is a system who takes children and I get placed in a crooked foster home and I get targeted by the gov as a child and that is a crime

Her mom probably did not want to give her baby away! A fact in the 50’, 60’s, 70’s & 80’s mothers had their babies torn from them. Due to societal and religious beliefs of those times

🤰 ~ Don’t say “gave her away“, say “placed her for adoption“. I don’t want to be overly sensitive or be accused of being politically correct, but words like that matter two children who are adopted.
And as far as this woman saying she never believed that her birth mother placed her for adoption because she loved her, I understand that many children believe that but I find it so illogical. Unless you have some severe problem as a newborn baby, no one looks at a baby and say they’re not pretty enough or smart enough or whatever. And virtually every newborn adoption is going to be decided before the birth mother even sees the child. So I understand that children are dumb creatures who think the world revolves around them and that they have more impact on the world than they really do, but I’m surprised she didn’t say she acknowledged that her birth mother did a loving act once the girl finally grew up. Even if you don’t emotionally feel it is true, you still know logically it is almost certainly true.b
