you dont have to pull the mag release to put the clip in. you have to pull the lever all the way back

the slingfire has a really nice design and the cocking mechanism is really neat

Try pushing the lever all the way, then putting the clip in. O lot of times you don't push it that much which causes it to not let the clip in unless you use the little orange thing
The only reason I am getting this because it is the only reliable 1 hander mag system blaster, I do use dual Hammershots if I feel like it, they are the 2 best secondary's that I would use

One other thing you may have missed is that on the handle, and just before the sights, there are bandages, and if you look closely, you can see sweat marks, meaning that the last user of the gun almost shat himself when out on patrol...
I REMEMBER SEEING THIS EVERYWHERE BUT NOW I CAN BARELY SEE IT BUTTT I SAW ONE IN FRYS IF YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS!
I love this scattergun. (Yes it's a scattergun!) mah fav. Hoping to get it soon.
I don't know why people don't know that if you record in 4k it's not going to work in youtube for most people because very few people have 4k monitors.

Great review! I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my nephew immediately when I saw that it was a lever action shot gun. I like the added detail of the straps around the gun, fits perfectly for a gun like this. Great over all design. I can't wait to give it to him.

Pretty much a baby face’s blaster
The problem you had with inserting the mag is caused by not having the lever completely forward. It's easy to accidentally close it one notch and force one to re-cycle the action to insert the mag. Plan to modify this if possibly myself.
I like it because it looks like the Baby Face's Blaster from TF2.

New primary put my fuel 18 darts with duct tape + barrel break+ cow boy hate= lone bandit. I do need a sledgefire but. I do totally recommend this blaster to any one who has lots of clips(mags). I fired its mag in 3 seconds. I love it

You don't have to pull the mag release to put The magazine in, you just have to make sure the lever is ALL THE WAY forwards
why is everyone so annoyed when someone says bullets and clip instead of darts and mag?

You dont have to pull the thingies back to load in the mag. The arm has to be pushed fully forwards.(srry for my bad english am dutch)

For your Slingfire, the clip can't go in without pulling the clip release thing, but for mine, it can.

I’ve never had a problem with reloading it with one hand, although it could be that have more experience with it.
Why was there a boomco dart on the floor on the left
you can insert a raider or stampede barrel to make it longer. p.s you need to take the raider or stampede barrel to get what im talking about

If you have an extra 6 mag laying around (of course you have one) get some sports tape and tape the mags together it makes the blaster awesome😃

Hey nerf boy! I don't know if you'll reply or if someone else will. But... Would you know why my sling fire lever will not want to move after a few shots and I have to press on the insides through the jam door and just really fiddle with it to get the lever to move sometimes. I have been using the elite darts. Even if there are no darts in the clip it just doesn't want to move sometimes. Plz reply if you have anything to suggest

Swing the blaster harder to to one handed priming and u might have gotten a lemon in terms of the clip release
People are arguing in the comments section about it is a shotgun or a rifle. There is such thing as a lever action shotgun, and that's what it is. Look it up.

On of my FAVOURITE blasters ......... zimbue strike is the best.
its amazing and for me the clip goes inside without pulling the clip release button.but if u put spoiled darts it will get jammed very very easily
mine goes in without having to do that the mag weld is really tight

Hope you know that when you unboxed that sling fire your swing far is messed up because when he tried to do the one hand cocking mechanism you didn't go but it does for mine
For me the "dart tube" is black and I don't have to pull the clip release to load a new clip in to mine.

To everyone arguing about it being a shotgun, how many bullets does ot shoot per trigger pull ? One. With nerf, the definition of shotgun is a gun that shoots more than one bullet at a time, not fully automatic though. Like the sledgefire, roughcut or barrelbreak.

A shot gun is classified as a gun or blaster, that shoots more than one bullet, or dart. Sure it is lever action, but most nerf and real steel rifles are magazine fed.

Nerf boy production im asking for youre advice and only youre advice wich one is better centurion or slingfire cause if i look at the reviews of centurion not only youre's the other people say it jams allot and it sucks but yeah thats why im skaing you wich one should i get centurion or slingfire???
Well if your in a big war id use a sling fire but if it's a smaller one use the centurion because I say that is most people don't use mega and u wouldn't be able to pick up darts, love both boasters doe
