I'd say wait for 16 at this point. We're only about 5 months way now and I have a feeling the 16 pro is going to offer major refinements like better cooling and battery life.
Honestly I don't want to be the guinea pig buying the first phone with new cooling features. I'd rather have the 17 pro max so they can fix whatever complaints everyone has about the 16, because knowing Apple they're going to get something wrong.

@@AndrewOwen-r8j I already tried out an s24 ultra and won’t go back to Samsung. I’m just used to iOS. Also, when I let my little cousin play his theme park tycoon game, I did notice the s24 ultra slow down and lag a little. It just has more features in it and faster animations, but when it comes down to the raw power, iPhone has better raw power.
It's not fine, it's a great phone by today's standards. Still a beast in Video recording. The battery might be in fine category tho. It's still a Flagship level phone! Planned of buying a 13PM in offline stores from Dubai but couldn't do so as the phone was out of stock. So bought OnePlus 12R instead.
@@Shan_Shah But according to Mrwhosetheboss and Technicks testing, 15 Pro Max has much better battery life. Initially it was below 13PM, but after some updates, it's hours ahead. Also OnePlus 12R and OnePlus 12, Vivo X100Pro have much better batterylife than iPhone 15PM, S24Ultra.
Iphone 16 is coming out but I'm still loving my Iphone 8 Plus. Lol. I have owned every generation of Iphone up to the Iphone 8 and the 8 Plus has run the absolute best for my wife and I. No dropped calls, always gets reception and wifi and less glitches than any other model Iphone we've had in the past.... which is the main reason we have not upgraded! Apple has dialed back the battery life bigtime this past year though and our phones seldom make it through an entire day without being charged a little.
I just brought my iPhone 15 pro max today! Since iPhone XR last me years and is time for me to change it and I got no regret changing to iPhone 15 pro max loving it a lot! I see no different from 15 pro max and 16 pro max spec is about the same!

Love my 15 Pro Max! Smoothest iPhone experience ever. From the display to the cameras to the overall performance, this is a phone I can definitely count on for the next few years. The A17 Pro chip delivers amazing speed and fluidity with whatever tasks are being thrown at it. I’m sure that most of the new iOS 18 AI features will be available to this device save a few that will most likely involve the upgraded cameras on the 16 series. Apple gives these devices up to 5 years of backward compatibility so the 15 series will continue to be relevant for quite some time. Overall, thrilled with the 15 PM!
I've upgraded last month from 12 Pro Max. Not sure why I did it tbh, 12 PM was still blazing fast with 86% battery life. I think 4 years is a decent time for upgradin iPhones
My Xr is still standing like a warrior after around 5 years of use, it never had any damages or issues except the fact that the battery is pretty old it's on 79% battery health, but now i got a job and bought a laptop that i study on and do some of the stuff i used to do on my phone i don't even use it that much
I have the 15 pro max and 15 plus. I would always tell people to get the 15 plus. The battery life is much better on the plus and the pictures are the same.
I'd be lying if I said I care about natural resources (at least for a phone) but definitely don't need to upgrade every 1-2 years. I have a 14 pro max and can't imagine upgrading until the dynamic island is much smaller or gone altogether. Once my battery capacity hits 80% I'll replace my battery and unless Apple comes up with some must have feature, which I don't see happening, I'll keep it at least another 2 years.

My 13 Pro Max has been a beast until late. My poor camera quality has fallen tremendously though the battery life is still somewhat impressive. I’m on the lookout for that 16 pro max to see what substantial improvements they’ve made for it’ll be quite the upgrade for me :D Fyi, i have 2TB of storage but my phone has been faltering, making vibrations when i activate the camera after powering it on. It’s served me incredibly well thus far but perhaps the updates and storage is overloading the processor and components which are seemingly outdated old tech.
IMO the move with the newer iphones is to replace the battery once it hits 80% capacity, then keep it for another 2 years or thereabouts. For me that's 4 years which IMO is more than reasonable.
Buy the 16 later because of the Wi-Fi 7 upgrade that will make the 16 last a lifetime, in terms of future proofing… Though the 15 pro with 6e will also last just as long for the average person but if you’re rich & upgrade your Wi-Fi, wait for the 16

They just increased the price on the 15 pro max I don't personally believe they will do a price hike 2 years in a row that I think would hurt sales. Apple also pays attention to the cost of things, inflation all that stuff when they set pricing.

Did you ever feel 15PM to be heavy when using for long periods of time? I’m coming from a S22 Plus (25g lighter) and I’m still trying to get use to the weight 3 weeks later. Also, I have no heat issues since I bought this 3 weeks ago, manufactured in December.
Weight? Yes sometimes especially if I am rocking a heavy case with it, but not much once I get used to it. What I do find is that it is quite wide for optimal comfort but so is the S24 Ultra. Heat issues were fixed a while back they were just a launch issue! Thanks for sharing your feedback, I plan to compare with S24 Plus soon and will pay attention to that concern

When I pick up my husbands phone I always wish my 15PM weighed just as light, his feels like a father compared to mine, 25g makes a big difference apparently 😝 I’m looking to get the 17 pro if they end up increasing it to 6.3. I feel that is the perfect size for me.

15 pro is a keeper for me bc it is probably the smallest flagship we're ever gonna get as they are getting bigger and bigger.

Did you ever feel 15PM to be heavy when using for long periods of time? I’m coming from a S22 Plus (25g lighter) and I’m still trying to get use to the weight 3 weeks later.
Also, I have no heat issues since I bought this 3 weeks ago, manufactured in December.
Weight? Yes sometimes especially if I am rocking a heavy case with it, but not much once I get used to it. What I do find is that it is quite wide for optimal comfort but so is the S24 Ultra. Heat issues were fixed a while back they were just a launch issue! Thanks for sharing your feedback, I plan to compare with S24 Plus soon and will pay attention to that concern
@@nickackermanchannel yes the 15PM is wider than the S24 Plus my husband has which also makes it feel more awkward to use one handed. When I pick up my husbands phone I always wish my 15PM weighed just as light, his feels like a father compared to mine, 25g makes a big difference apparently 😝 I’m looking to get the 17 pro if they end up increasing it to 6.3. I feel that is the perfect size for me.

My iPhone 11pro max is dead … battery was dead and now I cracked the whole screen .. half touchscreen is not working … I’m apple fun . I have MacBook Pro 15’ and iPad 12.9 M1 … I saw the new s24 ultra but still think that I’m going for the iPhone 15 pro … I don’t want the max version I have my tablet for a big screen and work … I want something powerful but not so big … waiting for the 16 … hm… I don’t think so .. even if I’m waiting for it , when it comes in one year will spawn the 17 one …. I think that the 15 pro have specs that easily can run for the next 5 years without any problem .. what do you think nick ?

I have the 14pm rn got it late last year and my battery is already down to 97% I’m probably gonna upgrade to the 16pm for better display, battery, usbc etc
6.9 screen for a phone is insane. I carry a purse but how would guys fit them in their pockets? 😮 I have the 15PM but if they do increase the pros for 16 and 17 (when I upgrade) I’ll grab the pro which is rumoured to be 6.3, perfect size IMO.

You can get a decent refurbished 15 pro max here in the uk £900 for a 512 or £1049 for a 1tb they be brand new tho

I've been using the iPhone 13 Pro Max since its release. I considered purchasing the 15 Pro Max, but decided to just wait for the 16 Pro Max. It’s worth the wait.

Before buying the 15 pm last december, my first choice was the 13 pm as i like the design and battery life. Thinking about future updates and upgraded iPhone, I decided to get the 15 pm because😂 of the type c capability. Just bought my wife a 14pm last year and I don’t like it.
