Hey there! We love to leave the ship. If the ship is at port we are off exploring. We di an excursion with Royal Caribbean at St. Thomas and had a blast. We did self guided exploration at the Bahamas, St. Martin, and St. Kitts. It was definitely a mix of both worlds. We wanted this video to be just of the Allure and how amazing it was for us.
I'm going on Allure of the Seas this Sunday. Thanks for the great video. Also it didn't seem the ship was crowded, was there a lot of teens onboard to make friends with?
We hope you have a great trip! This video was filmed a few months ago but there were hardly any crowds when we traveled. Our kids are a little younger but we saw quite a few teenagers in and around the teen's club. I'm certain your kids will make plenty of new friends.
Those bands are given when check in after they check your vaccination paperwork. At the time we sailed, children did not have to be vaccinated and neither did some adults. When unvaccinated people arrived back to the ship post port excursions, they needed to get tested. Every time.
Not at all, however we went during a major COVID spike and were lucky to not get it. The ship held 5400 or so and there were roughly 2400 on board when we sailed.
Beautiful family. We sailed Allure Sept. ‘21 and many areas were closed, so it was good to see what they would have been like in your video. The aqua pool was closed, but we did see Mama Mia which we loved. The ice show was also amazing. Well done!
Thank You so much. Traveling during COVID was tricky but amazing. This was our second cruise, our original cruise was October 2021, but our oldest kiddo got COVID and we had to cancel.

We left our kiddos at the kids club and felt very comfortable while they were there

We had a room for 6, it was an ultra spacious balcony room. IT was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids
