You are quite right - I did not mention anything about creating hyperlinks in this video as I focussed the tutorial specifically on covering the cross-reference option that many people do not use very often. On the other hand, I felt that quite a few people do use hyperlinks routinely ( Insert > Hyperlink) to connect to external sources and so I deliberately did not touch upon it beyond explaining it's diffrence from a cross-reference. Hi. Many thanks for your question. You cannot add video and audio inside an document to be exported as epub directly from inside LibreOffice currently (to the best of my understanding). But you can quite easily do so using a free and opensource software called Sigil. I have explained this in detail (step by step) in the following video ( install Sigil at 26 minutes and inserting video at 46 minutes mark in the video).
