Have you used the new Havana Roses from Jet Fresh? How's the pink tones? Thinking about incorporating them in my daughter's wedding. It looks like it will coordinate with the blush and ivory/whites of the wedding.
After I get the basic shape built, I'll pull up some of the more delicate blooms like lisianthus and ranunculus and focus on getting different flowers on different planes. The spiral helps to hold them in place. Keep practicing and focus on those different planes!
Typically I'll get it started with the spiral so the shape holds. After that, it's easier to adjust where the "back" should be and then build off of that by raising/sinking flowers!

How do you know how to place the flower heads? I always wind up with VERY ROUND and flat bouquets
