    I wish for the money these companies would make the exhaust look more appealing. Don’t get me wrong it’s a good exhaust but dam thing looks like a tin can

    Bike look clean man! I’m definitely considering this or the r3 or even the 390Knm

      Thanks, and thanks for watching. Definitely test ride all of them. I love my bike and the R3s also. Be careful with the KTM Rc390 they are known to overheat really quick and leave your stranded and their service is terrible unless you're working on them yourself. Dont forget to sub and be safe!🙌

      1RaceLifestyle thanks for the reply! Going to sub as well. I found a gsx350r one is a 2019 3500$ and the other 2020 for 4k$ . Of course I was going to work the dealership down what do you think price wise?

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The price is decent its all of the other fees dealers add on where it begins to get pricey. If your paying cash try to negotiate a out the door price. Good luck!

    So good I like the look of the new muffler and sound mm little better I think it sounds so good without muffler I will think about getting one looks good after all

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm satisfied with it. Running this bike without a muffler is way to loud lol. I would recommend the Leovince. So far it seems to be good purchase.

    Where did you get the pipe from muffler to motorcycle?

  • @zk5598
    @zk5598 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Can you straight pipe it? Is it bad for the valves to keep it without a slip on!? Can you please replt

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you go the route of straight piping this bike or any, I would definitely suggest having it tuned properly. You could ride it straight piped without tuning it but I'm almost certain it will perform poorly and maybe even cause premature wear on engine components. Thanks for watching.

    I fitted an arrow pro race to mine. I would like to know how they compare in build quality.

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was looking at the Arrow Pro. I know they have a full system also which is one of the few for this bike. The welds and build of Lv10 is amazing. How do you like the arrow?

    • @josht8288
      @josht8288 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@1RaceLifestyle sounds great, lots of popps when your going downhill. Mine is all stainless steel inside and out, I don't know how that compares to the leo.
      I paid 300 for mine so it a more expensive option.

    Just found this video, my apologies if you are slowly doing my recommendation or a similar upgrade methodology on your own. You must completely open the entire air path to improve performance and also take care of the lean fuel state the upgrade will create. To truly increase your bike's performance, you must do the Trilogy: 1. Open the exhaust (slip on (as you did) or full header system), 2. Open the intake (K&N is the easiest choice), 3. Get an ignition (air/fuel) upgrade (Dyno kit for carburetor - or - Commander (or similar) ignition kit for EFI). I believe your 250 has EFI (no carb and no reserve fuel petcock). Addressing these three items for small parallel twins will usually get you a 30% gain of rear wheel HP and a 20% gain in torque. I am looking at one of these, and I will put my money where my mouth is and will do this upgrade at the time of delivery. These bike can be US freeway safe with just a little bit of work.

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for watching and for the information. I was thinking doing the K&N, a commander and a sprocket set due to first being so short.

    • @thecolonel4551
      @thecolonel4551 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@1RaceLifestyle The last "link" in the puzzle. The front sprocket only will prevent the need for a new chain. Don't believe the BS about needing to get both a sprocket and chain at the same time. Go for a sprocket full set only if weight reduction is an issue. Now, the big issue, your speedometer and odometer will be off. A product known as "speedometer healer" will correct the issue. Are you thinking of adding a sprocket for top speed or enhanced acceleration?

  • @513jayp2
    @513jayp2 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have the same bike love the videos. Wanted to know if the slip on increased top speed or gave you more acceleration? I was looking at this slip in or the Yoshimura?

    • @1RaceLifestyle
      @1RaceLifestyle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Acceleration feels a little bit quick, 1st gear is almost pointless. Top speed still runs about the same 88/89. Maybe with some gearing changes its can be pushed a little further. Thanks for watching and dont forget to subscribe, ride safe!

    Just got the 'powerbox' exhaust header installed on my gsx250r. Had to order the thing from japan (webike of anyones interested) but it was a fairly easy install.
    Gonna get this same leovince exhaust to go with it when i get a bit more pocket change.
