WOW started off thinking this is going to be a tad boring but totally got wrapped up in the skill & ingenuity of the thai people it was fascinating & I’m not a fish eater well done TT 👍👍👍
Blue swimmer crabs lose their legs when put into the steamer alive. They should have iced them or stabbed through the shell before steaming. The crabs lose a bunch of fluid though the broken limbs. Despite being supposedly fresh from the sea, I'm surprised to see many fishes with cloudy eyes - that's a sign that they weren't stored well. Do they not use ice at all?
