The one with Elephants all decked up and huge crowd is a festival only celebrated in Kerala called Pooram, This one is the most famous of it Called Trishur Pooram (Trishur is a place in Kerala). The one with the long boats and flower decoration is for another Kerala Festival called Onam, wherein we welcome our ancestoral king Mahabali( you should read about him to know more) and that is a boat race fest during that time which is a huge hit... U should visit Kerala to experience it from up close😊
