    As always, Dr. Stan joyously impressing us all with his dazzling displays of knowledge. Many implant systems have a proven clinical track record. Just about all of them can do well so long as you don't do stupid stuff. I think Dr. Stanley complicates some of this stuff by getting into the weed with engineering and so on. All the hard work is already done with the implant design and manufacturing. Make a decent osteotomy and put an implant in there in a position that is restorable. That's really all there is to it. Go guided if you are nervous about planning the position
