Anyone know of recipes for this kind of teppanyaki, the cheaper kind, not the more expensive kind. I love this stuff. Was that flour for the chicken? Is the soya sauce they use in the brown bottles just regular light soya sauce of is it diluted? What's in the white seasoning powder? Just salt? Great video, thanks for sharing. I subscribed.😃

LIN Dillon的留言可能不小心搞亂了.
第一塊有上粉的是醬汁口味的,上的粉大概是生粉,所以看得到他有加上醬汁然後會自然做到勾芡的作用.另外可以在煎的時候保留更多肉汁,更加滑口
第二,三沒上粉是因為做法不會加上太多醬汁,不會有太多水份也不用滑口的感覺生粉只會幫倒忙 所以不用加
