one thing is baffling me.One the pop up button in program mode, Piano is missing, and all the sounds are out of sync, eg on bells and malletts, the list shows CX3 stuff, thats on the keyboard and editor?
What do you mean pop button in program mode? Piano missing? Out of sync sounds in which mode? (Give me some specifics so I can reference it on my system) I don't get what you mean by the list shows cx3 stuff.
@@JuliusDeBerryJr Sorry for the delay, not seen the post. The problem was that in Program view, list view main category section, the piano was not listed. the list started at Keyboards, yet the sub category list was accurate, but assigned to out of sync, therefore the in the top keyboards category, it listed the piano options, the CX3 listed EPiano and so on. It wasn't the end of the world, everything was there, just out of sync. I fired an email to the dealer A&C Hamilton and their rep Keith pointed me in the right direction, had an email chat too. Please find how to resolve below if anyone has a similar issue. It does seem the category names have been shifted on a rename basis. So I htink we will go for the factory restore of PCG data and see if it corrects your issue first. To do this go to MEDIA screen and ensure you are in the LOAD tab at the bottom left. then on the screen you will have FACTORY as a folder. Choose the folder and select OPEN at the lower portion of the screen. then you see the contents. Choose PRELOAD.PCG and choose the red LOAD option at the lower right.
