I’ve had a look through your videos and can’t seem to see anything… i have the sole f80 and it works perfectly fine except when i press any speed button to reduce the speed it doesnt slow down (increases perfectly fine) It registers it on the monitor but doesnt actually slow down. No other issues. Do you have any idea what is causing this/why and how to fix? Thanks
Hmm that’s a hard one. Something is not sending or receiving the down signal. Does it work in calibration mode? Never heard of this! What is your serial number give me the first 8 numbers
@@FitnessTechnologyServices Yeah it was fine in calibration mode! There are no stickers on it with the serial number!🙈 I bought it about 2/3 months ago 2nd hand with only 6 months use by the previous owner and it was working perfectly fine until i used it yesterday!😔
@@nicolajones9875 well then I would start with the controller. Send me a picture of the inside under the hood so I can see what controller you have
