Day 19:Please make a video about DINAMO BUCHAREST...The story of our club is a hard one...And you telling it can really help us a lot,our club is clinging to survival, and we raised 2 milion euros to try to save the club...
Dinamo is one of the biggest clubs in Eastern Europe,it has 18 league titles and 13 domestic cup titles...It reached the Champions League Semi Final in 1984 after beating the holders of the trophy Hamburg...In the Semi Final they played against the great Liverpool side of the 80's...After the 89 revolution the club lost one of their greatest generation after their players where bought off by western clubs, similar to what happened to the clubs in East Germany that you already talked about...Corruption and neglect brought this giant of romanian football to it s knees...At the moment Dinamo is preety much the ONLY true historical side in Romania's top division...This team stood afloat thanks only to it's fans...In the summer some new spanish chiarman came and bought the club, brought players on huge contracts and left without paying them...The players just broke the contracts and the club accumulated even more debt...If the fans did not step in and accumulated 2 milion euros the club would have been dissolved...For anyone watching outside of Eastern Europe it might be hard to understand it s value...If u re English imagine Liverpool being dissolved...This club is OUR Liverpool, and it's stadium OUR cathedral...With all the fears of relegation, players leaving and managers coming in and leaving the club still managed to fight it's way to a Romanian cup Semi Final...Please,make one video about our story too...

I understand that this channel is English (although I'm not saying at all that Alfie ignores the rest of the world, quite the opposite), but Hakim Ziyech to Ajax has to be one of the greatest panic buys of all time too. Just weeks before, Ajax' technical director Marc Overmars had stated that Ziyech was a good player, but that Ajax wouldn't be pursuing him. Then Ajax had a slow start to the season, winning just 1 of their first three games in the Eredivisie, and losing the Champions League play off to Rostov of Russia, and Overmars does a 180 and signs Ziyech on deadline day in 2016. Four years on and Ziyech has helped put Ajax back on the map with great performances both domestically and internationally, reaching a Europa League final and coming within seconds of a CL final (both were thought by many to have become impossible for a Dutch team to reach), winning silverware domestically, as well as many individual rewards, including Ajax player of the year three out of four times, despite playing alongside players such as Frenkie de Jong, Mathijs de Ligt, Dusan Tadic and Andre Onana. A bonafide Ajax legend.

Dion Dublin to Villa. After Yorke forced his move to Man Utd, Villa signed Paul Merson. An incredible start to the season saw Villa top of the league, but Merson picked up an injury, Collymore was dogged by off-field issues and Villa were knocked out of the League Cup and UEFA cup in successive games. Desperate to regain momentum, Villa brought in Dublin, who went on to be considered a club favourite.

He can contribute with assists, aerial presence, skill on the ball, organizing the play - all things Eric Cantona did. What is probably harder to see is the mentality factor - he was a natural champion. Arrogant, determined and strong willed. A big game player, and he gave this mentality to the whole squad, especially on the young and upcoming players like Giggs, Bekham, Scholes, Neviles, Butt - the so called "class of 92". His influence was immense and each of them said it on many occasions. So if you just sitting there, counting goals - you're missing a lot from the beautiful game :)

Yes, other clubs do it too, for example, my club, Ajax, is doing it now more than ever. However, first of all, I don't think this excuses Bayern and second of all the extend to which Bayern does it is way out of proportion.
Ajax has bought Scherpen and Klaiber most notably, but apart from that most of our players have come from our academy or from abroad.
With Bayern this is not the case, while they do buy some French or Spanish players from abroad, their academy has not been as important for their first team. To see how bad the problem you don't have to do a lot of research.
Just look at Schalke, as they will be relegated after this season while Bayern will most likely win the league again (surprise surprise). However, if Bayern hadn't bought Goretzka, Rudy, Neuer and Nübel from them, then maybe the outcomes would have been completely different.
Also if you want to compare them to Dortmund you have to look at Götze, Hummels and Lewandowski who were all bought just when Dortmund was competing with Bayern for the league. It is just anti-competitive how Bayern buys players from mostly teams they have to compete with and it ruins the Bundesliga for me and a lot of people.

Bayern does not bore the burden of making Bundesliga competitive. If anything other clubs in Germany dont pull their weight enough. They cant keep up their form for long and are mostly becoming selling clubs. Nothing Bayern can do in that. You people just hate on Bayern for no reason, Bayern has faults but this isnt one them.

      @@wolf-wy6dg Your argument is flawed.
The Schalke example isn't a good one.
Neuer's the only one who joined when Schalke were a good team.
Goretzka and Nübel joined when Schalke weren't competing.
Also forgot to mention that Pavard was signed from a relegated Stutgart side
Rudy joined from Hoffenheim on a free, dude.
Also the Prem has better examples of the big team buying from the smaller ones and other big teams.
      Here's a few examples:
      Sterling to City from Liverpool
Van Dijk, Clyne, Lallana and Manè joining Liverpool from Southampton
United signing Tevez from West Ham and Tevez leaving for City after that.
      Rooney to United from Everton
      Jota to Liverpool from Wolves
      Henderson to Liverpool from Sunderland
      Lukaka to United from Everton.
      Mahrez to City
      Kante and Drinkwater to Chelsea
Also your argument doesn't work when Bundesliga teams struggle to keep hold of their star players and academy products
KDB left Wolfsburg to join City
Werner and Havertz left Leipzig and Leverkusen to join Chelsea.
      Christensen joined Chelsea from Gladbach
Dembele leaving Dortmumd to join Barcelona.
There are more examples to go.
Right now it looks Dortmund might sell Sancho to raise some money.
Dortmund have a few examples of this too:
      Max Phillip (Freiburg)
      Thomas Delaney (Werder Bremen)
      Nico Schultz (Hoffenheim)
      Marco Reus (Gladbach)
      Hitz (Augsburg)
      Bürki (Freiburg)
Hummels left Bayern to join Dortmund originally and joined back later.
      Brandt (Leverkusen)
      Thorgan Hazard (Gladbach)
      Dahoud (Gladbach)
Are Dortmund guilty of making the league less competitve too?
