I love the vision, execution, & skill piece bro! From 20 to 26, I learned the skill of wholesaling and have completed 31 transactions but I did not have the financial literacy to keep & multiply any of that capital for the long-term. I'm starting from scratch again. The Denzel quote is dope bc I feel like I'm entering that phase of earning with the actual purpose of increasing my net worth and improving the quality of my life responsibly. 27 now, no kids, gotta use this time wisely! Always open to great advice.
Man, first off, congrats on completing 31 transactions-that’s huge! 💪 Learning the skill is one thing, but realizing where you could improve, like financial literacy, is a whole other level of growth. Starting from scratch isn’t a setback-it’s a setup for doing it the right way this time.
The Denzel quote hits home because it’s all about purpose. You’re in the perfect position at 27 with no kids-this is your time to focus, build your foundation, and make those intentional moves. My advice? Treat every dollar you earn as a soldier and send them out to work for you. Focus on stacking capital, learning about assets that grow your net worth, and surrounding yourself with people who push you to think bigger.
You’ve already shown you can execute-now it’s about scaling responsibly. You’ve got this! 🔥

Appreciate you sticking around and noticing the moves I’ve been making. My absence had way less to do with outside noise and more to do with what was happening in my life internally. Between getting married, becoming a dad, and moving across the world, I needed to hit reset and focus on what matters most. Sometimes you’ve gotta step back to come back stronger.
As for aviation, I’m hoping to find a good PC-12 soon that I can fly between Zanzibar and Dubai. It’s a big goal, and I’m excited to make it happen. And development tutorials? They’re on the way-I want to break it down step by step so more people can see how achievable this is. Stay tuned, and don’t worry, I’m here to stay this time!

Hey Max...I understand fully why you left, it's called growth. One thing you just said sticks with me . There is a lot of ego, smoking mirrors, and lies happening in this industry which is going to cause regulation and require a license. I am a licensed broker, so I don't worry about that part, or regulation for that matter. I have read some things in these groups that make me think, regulation may be needed. I have never viewed you as that way. Even when you sold things, it didn't have greed written on it. Actually I'm still in those groups now just so I can shake my head in disgust. i never pulled the trigger on wholesaling but I am entertaining double employment to build capital. The extra capital from double employment is applied towards investment or wholesaling. Max! Im having a hard time with emotions ( in commenting from husbands account) my father passed two years ago I didn’t know about wholesaling or anything about real estate. His home was paid off but in terrible terrible condition. I hadn’t seen the inside in years. I just knew. He offered it to me before he died but I wanted to see him ok and said no sell it and create a better life for yourself. Well he sold it for in total $60k I was able to get 30k more but the rest went to an account over seas and I wasn’t able to see any of it. He died before moving out and leaving to another country. I can’t get over how his friend convinced him to sell his house and how he fixed it and how I didn’t see that opportunity. Why would I want someone else to go through that?
