  • FYI: This is my first character I've played in Last Epoch, so there for sure are some mistakes in my setup. I don't know too much of the game, but used around 20 hours before launch going through all the things a bleed falconer might have use of. I'll try my best to help if there's any questions in the comments.
Absolute minimum setup (Suffixes can be changed around in items, just fix resists): www.lastepocht...
I won't be doing any changes to the planners, but keep in mind that these aren't min-maxed setups, just what I've thought up when making the guide. Will most likely do some different setups during the next cycle, but don't feel like I'd have a reason to minmax at this cycle. The build can do 1k corruption.
    Current setup: www.lastepocht...
    Aspirational planner: www.lastepocht...
The main playstyle of this build consists of using net on enemies for debuffs and falcon strikes for massive damage on them. Our net also casts smoke bomb for us, giving more survivability.
For mapping this requires a bit of a timing in casting these abilities, since you want to proc the Falcon's Gale resets with your net, since you kill pretty much everything in a single cast of falcon strikes.
This isn't such an issue when it comes to bossing, since you'll have plenty of time to proc the cd resets.
For maximum damage output you want to throw a dive bomb on your enemies for physical resist shreds, then use net and keep your falcon doing falcon strikes, using the ability any time the falcon stops it.
Using dive bomb off cooldown will keep the phys res shred up and proc our bleeds with Exsanguinating strike.
    Unique importance order is
    1. Blood Roost (Gloves)
    2. Doublet of Onos (Body)
    3. Thornslinger (Belt)
    4. Valdyr's Chalice (Relic)
    5. Blood of the Exile (Boots)
    6. Omnis (Amulet)
We stack damage on our bird by using Doublet of Onos as our body for the bleed duration and bleed chance conversion using blood roost, Rending talons (Falconry passive) and Sky assassin (passive tree)
With these 3 conversion outputs our bird can get up to 5.5 times our bleed chance on its hits.
To maximise our bleed chance we dual wield swords and use the 2x2 idols that give up to 33% bleed chance per equipped sword. that comes to 363% bleed chance to our bird per idol.
The other big output of bleed chance is in the body affix, which also gives a ton of bleed chance.
Overall with my current setup I'm sitting at 680% (830% with crimson shrouds) bleed chance, which converts to 3692.4% (4506.9% shroud stacks).
This means our bird is giving our enemies almost 50 bleed stacks per hit.
We have a ton of bleed chance now, how do we increase the damage of each bleed?
Exalted Minion DoT on swords, Dexterity on everything, minion damage on everything.
How about the insane mana cost?
We get mana from blessings and our swords. getting as much attributes for Hunter's spoils (Falconry passive) is the next main upgrade, and we have net cost 0 so we can regen mana using it aswell.
    Damage:
close to 50 bleed stacks per minion hit.
almost 800% increased minion damage over time.
2.3x bleed damage through lengthening our bleed duration with Doublet of Onos.
Physical penetration on bleeds through Blood Roost.
    Survivability
    Capped resists
Maxed out glancing blow chance on first hit recently.
2 silver shroud generators for dodging the first hit.
    Dusk shrouds from smoke screen.
Dexterity stacking for dodge and armor (Passive tree)
    no bonus damage from crits.
37% less damage taken when moving and falcon has hit an enemy recently, which is up all the time.
    Higher endurance threshold (Passive tree)
    Frailty stacks on enemies.
12% less physical damage from netted enemies.
    slow stacks on enemies.
You can also swap 2 of the 2x2 idols for max health idols if hp feels too low. No idol slot is mandatory, can get more damage or more defensive stats.
    Regen
We get our dex in life every time our falcon hits an enemy throug hblood roost, and 3rd of that through passive tree.
Valdyr's chalice also gives a ton of life anytime we kill an enemy, since we make so many bleed stacks.
With only these our life should regen to max any time we get hit.
    Why Blood of the Exile?
Attributes for hunter's spoils and red ring when I get there.
Most of the added skill points are just for QoL and are not mandatory for starting the build out.

Don't have an item filter for the build sadly, I just used some universal filter and used merchant's guild to buy the wanted exalteds. Might make one when next cycle comes up.
