    Thank u so much Mam ..I m a Dental Doctor n sorry to say that , l h'v been taking medicines for depression frm a psychiatrist n neuro surgeon last 5 yrs .n today l realise that u r 100 % right. l used to speak more n more n unwanted debates , arguments .one thing is that my wife , argue with me .I loved my wife beyond description but these days l fear to go to home specially due to wife .O'that l listen u , l never go to depression.     Madam not only couples ,children who r adult also do not have emotions for each other .they only expect and come to talk when they want something but never try to care others .i am a 60 yr old mother ,even after sacrifice whole my life ,my children never took care of me by any means.this is the situation .please make some video regarding this .

    Mam mujhe dar lagta hai ki maine acche karm nhi kiya too meri next life mai mujhe bhut suffer, pain , poverty yeh sab jahlna parega.
    Aur jab bhi kisi baat ko dusare nhi batana chahte ho to jhooth bolte hai, ya chiti mar gayi , macchar mar gay , food waste ho gaya, water waste ho gaya to lagta hai ki mera bura karm increase ho gaya aab next life mujhe iska karm bhogna pardga. Please please mam help me 🙏🙏🙏

      Mai bhi isi ko face kar rahi thi..Fir maine just opposite karna chalu kiya..Ache karm karna jaise daan karna,puja path karna chalu kiya .... Subconscious mind ye sochta hai ki ache karmo ka palda bhari ho raha hai..Agar kuch bure karm ho bhi jae to dikkat nhi hogi..Fir ye problem solve ho jaegi

    Is this ocd if along with overthinking about past you doubt every second in present. You imagine people and stuff and you know it's not true but after a minute you think that it's real and not your imagination.
    It feels so real I don't know what to do. I cant feel my self. My time perception is disturbed. Every second I imagined things and people and bad stuff and I don't know if it is real of imagination
