I just picked one up in a pawnshop and payed a little too much for it. A lot of rust including the strings. Thanks for posting. Wanted to know what it sounded like. Haven’t bought new strings yet.
@@RobinSmithCGP bleh, need to replace the pick guard. Cracked and delaminating. It was somewhere “wet”. All the hardware (outside) is corroded. The pots were mucked up with sawdust. There was a fair amount in the body. I’m not impressed with the lack of craftsmanship. Extremely coarse routing that was painted over making for a bunch of “saw blades” if you reach down inside. A sharp chisel, rasp, and sandpaper made work of that. Any idea where I can find a pick guard replacement? I simply don’t have the tools to fashion my own. Cheers! Haven’t played it yet due to the corrosion. Pickups are in good shape though.

Damm …let me see if I can source a pick guard for you.
Almico or ceramic pick ups
Good question..I was never able to find out…if anyone out there knows please chime in.

Riviera Paradise Stevie Ray
Hi sir, is it made in Korea or Indonesia?
I think it’s made in indonesia
@@RobinSmithCGP I'm Indonesia but never saw it here
Interesting..they weren’t around for long here…that’s the onlyone I’ve seen.
@@ekos1975they were made there but sold in the states and not for very long.
Where can I buy this guitar? And how much is it?
They do nt make these anymore so you’d have to find one on the used market.Reverb is always a great place to start.
I got mine for 170 but that was a bit much. It has some rust and none of the serial numbers remain. Great mahogany body. Customized Grover tuners.
still looking? Grover tuners duncan design pups excellent cond.
word of caution. This looks like a strat, but the body is shorter. A standard pickguard does Not fix.
