Bro, I stopped eating sugar and carbs, I am now on the keto diet, I have noticed some benefits especially in my skin, but I feel that I have lost a blessing which is my sense of taste, I am now on the keto diet but I do not enjoy food, I only eat to fill my stomach, but before I used to get excited about mealtime and enjoy every bite I took.
