Love that you mention LMNT. My keto doctor here in Arizona has told me to stay away from LMNT and relyte because of the small amount of stevia in them. Would love to know you and Dr Berry's opinion. I'm about at the point where I may switch doctors. Don't feel like I am getting the support and guidance I need.

Love Dr. B saying "taking just a bite", but that bowl was full 😂 I've done this feta bake with shredded beef (like philly cheesesteak meat). It was so amazing!! I'll have to try with chicken! Ha ha Beckett with the poking 😂 I get it too... These breastfed kiddos acting like they own the boobs for their whole childhood.. Umm no I sacrificed 34 mths with each...they are definitely mine now 🤣 I can't believe how grown Bonnie looks already!

@@lf7065 so just like Neisha cooked her chicken, I too make sure the shredded beef is cooked. Feta & tomato process I do 400° for 20 mins. Then crush up with cooked shredded beef & broil for 5 mins
