What makes you think that’s the beat from muddy water?
I mean, it's different than the usual drum part, so it's worth pointing out. And it's obviously similar to muddy water (maybe even an intentional reference), so saying that shouldn't be that weird, right?
It's a 6/8 pattern on a song usually in 4/8, and when I heard it, I also thought, "hey, that kinda reminds me of muddy water, that's interesting."
@@andywhiten4145 well the original song has a bit of a shuffle going, so there already are triplets in there so it isn’t too much of a stretch.
Also, the whole thing of the muddy water beat is the polyrhythm between the bass drum in four and the hands in six, and how the different six beats interact with the four. This beat has a different vibe to it.
Which one?
49:13 lost all respect for Joey, Fitting for the worst king giZ song though. My favorite band of all time but they can’t just shut up about things they know nothing about.
idk how fragile you are, but losing ALL respect for someone because two words is insane, isnt it?
god forbid artists have opinions, am I right? cope
Idk what you've been smoking, but you might want to relisten to their music and read the lyrics of the music you listen to. This should not have been surprising, considering the bands opinions on other issues and the music they create. Also, just to iterate, being against a genocide and a systematic oppression of a group of people should not be controversial.
and i suppose you know more about the matter? care to enlighten us ignorant people then?
what is so complicated about not wanting a group of people from getting wiped out
