Disagree. This sounds awful. The audio quality of the recording. And the setlist choices are not ok. There's tons of better music they make that are not in this setlist.

I was just thinking, imagine if Ozzy wrote something like Gila Monster in the 70s. It would be one of the most legendary songs of all time. I'm still coming to terms with the fact that a crappy jam band like Gizzard created one of the greatest metal albums of all time. It's amazing.

@@willschulte800 I'm absolutely not an audio engineer but from what i can tell: Use a super dry snare (Cavs uses an Acrolite, which is made of aluminium and is very dry sounding) and then i guess to mike up the top head only and remove most of the body from the drum with eq, so you only hear the head and the snares. I'm sure someone more qualified than me could probably give better direction though.

I was there, it was absolutely fucking dope. I was baffled at how hypertension was one of my fav songs here, as its one i dont return to much normally. Also, absolutely love the reprise of Gaia, and ESPECIALLY love the transition between ice v and hypertension. Took me a solid minute to realize it was a different song, fuckin mindblowing.

I had the absolute pleasure to see them play in the smallest venue (like a capacity of 100 people) ever above a skatepark in my backyard when In Your Mind just released. It was crazy packed, sweaty and bloody hot, but one of the, if not THE most memorable concert I have ever seen.

Sometimes you'll hear a snare drum being described as sounding "paper-y" - if you never knew what that sounded like, you now have a reference.

Ambrose's harmonica is always too low in the mix on these live videos, IMO. His parts always add a really crucial element to the songs.
Even though it sounded great, I do think they could improve on sax and harmonica inclusion.
