Great video! Thank you so much for performing these needed truth tests! It will really help in calculating flight times and shots we can get per battery!
nice test, I'm a little surprised that hovering and cine flying are almost the same. one question are You sure You used the same chargers? for me its 45min charging in drone and 60min in 3-way block (from ~10% to 100%)
Thanks for doing the battery test Stephen. Was all this testing done in Cini Mode? Of course we still have to use our judgement depending the weather, video mode and how long your batteries sat at full charge before taking off. Going to check out your full site.
I have a question, dji mini 3 pro use li-on battery, how to treat battery to have good battery life and prevent damage?, I think it should be different with li-po battery right?
@@mrstephenwells Thank you, I get the same results so far from that battery here in the states as well. The higher capacity batteries last about 35 min or more depending on wind conditions and what you are actually doing. I have only gotten close to 40 minutes once when I was practicing on a calm day.

It’s strange isn’t it!
Yes, both chargers were the same wattage and same cables
Now do this tests also with the extended batteries.
PLEASE.

There’s a test in Cine, and a test in sport - as well as a couple of hover tests!
@@mrstephenwells Thanks. Good to know!!!

There is a cruise control, you can only use it in manual hyperlapse mode though. I anticipate it being available more broadly soon.
Oh interesting, thanks!
I didn't catch it but are those batteries the 249 gram batteries or the higher capacity ones?
Great question - yeah, these are the standard 249 batteries!

@@mrstephenwells, hahahaaaa , he doesn't even know ! Hahaaaa , oh dear !
For complete battery test you'd have to test fly plus battery 3850mAh too. Sorry bro...
Thanks, they don’t sell it in the UK!
@@mrstephenwells with a bit of hustle you can make it easily 😉
