Honestly, rather than a Made In China cheap pipe I’d go with a Made In The USA cheap pipe from Dr. Grabow or a Missouri Meerschaum corn cob. I have some expensive Petersons , Savinellis ,etc. , but also some really decent Dr. Grabow pipes that smoke great. And you can’t go wrong with a Missouri Meerschaum corn cob pipe ! But, yeah, you’ll definitely pay a bit more than $11.95 for a Dr. Grabow or for one of the higher-end Missouri Meerschaum cob pipes. But usually not much more for a cob… and some Missouri Meerschaum cobs are less than $11.95.
That’s a good looking pipe for the price! I’m not surprised, I’ve gotten some very good smoking pipes for less than $20. I’ve been enjoying these porch videos you’ve been putting out. The studio videos were great as well, but it’s always nice to see a change of scenery. Take care and God bless!
No, I am very good on pipes right now. Do not make any adjustments on the pipe till it gets used to the Mississippi climate. Remember that it came out of Arizona and needs time to adjust to our Southern weather. Give it 4 days and then mess with the pipe.
