Great video always wanted to see a review of a well used board. One thing I have to say from the controller disconnecting from the board that happened to me in my previous exway flex hub and one thing I liked was that in hub the motors still kept rolling just a little bit slower. And I could still ride like a normal longboard.
great stuff man :) your review is very insightful. im thinking of picking a zealot up in the next month or so, do you think the Cloudwheel 120s arent't a great fit for the board and 105s would suit it better?
I believe the disconnection issue is only when the board is on 2 bar of battery. Reddit forms have been saying it's an issue with the antenna placement.
I have had 4 105 cloud wheels fail in 3 months. They continue to send a replacement wheel each time instead of refunding me for their garbage product. Stay away from cloud wheels. The inner foam core that attaches to the outer rubber WILL separate and create a huge wobble making you fall or getting you into a situation where you could be killed.
hey does anyone know what those gold “x” things that are screwed to the top of the board are called? i know they used to come with backfire boards but mine didn’t.. so i’m trying to find some online and can’t figure out what they are called
they do not come stock with the skateboard. a reason people add those is for durrability. As you ride your board the bamboo or plastic board gets slowly chewed away by the trucks moving, turning, and hitting bumps and eventually cause your trucks to feel loose or fall off. i do not know what theyre called or where to purchase them but they do help with durrability. its like putting a washer on a bolt

I want to buy this board but scared of that issue... and can u explain how it douse it like are u moving and the brake just come on and throw u off or it only happens when it's not moving?

My board did not come with those aluminum protector washers and I was kinda disappointed.

Never
I would not put my board in the shower either, because my board at 2200 miles the battery died on me.
