Hi Rachel. I will try this recipe first before attempting to make another batch with reduced sugar content for my father (who loves lemon curd). How much sugar would you recommend to reduce? Or substitute with another ingredient? Thx in adv.
I love your videos Rachel! Also your 'set' is absolutely gorgeous, love, love, love! If you happen to see this can you tell me where you got that teal pot?
maybe physics is different across the pond, but ml denotes volume not weight which is measured in grams. You meant 125 grams of juice, an odd way as liquids are usually measured by volume (ml).
She has forgotten to mention the sugar quantity, but when you look at the scale it is 125g with the lemon juice and as the sugar is added it becomes 329g. Just a case of subtracting the 329 from the 125. So 204g of sugar is needed for this recipe. :)
+Rachel Khoo if you sign up, very smart. Get em sucked in on the delishishness's and then if you want the exact measurements. Sign away. The show is for watching, absorbing and gentle on the eye. Marketing genius.
Thanks for the recipe. NOTE to Camera person. Your following Rachel around is very disorienting. Better to focus back a few feet, and mostly on the food.
Great video....and don't change a thing camera person....the beauty and food balance in the videos, are perfect. Thank you for sharing your techniques : ) have a great day
The way camera man shoot makes me feel dizzy. I'm not professional at photography, maybe you should seek for some improvements.love your recipes always!
Archie really loves you, but he needs to keep in mind that the camera needs to capture the food prep. The stages on the stove and the bubbling were important, and he captured none of that.
Oh it turned out perfect!!! i put some on cupcakes and scattered strawberries on top.. Soooo good!!! instagram.com/p/-nUdCOKjVV/ Thank yoooou! I'm a Huge fan!
She has an attitude about her that makes her so laid back in the kitchen and a great pleasure to watch
Rachel's cooking is amazing
thank you!
Lovely recipe. Your camera person seems to forget this is a food video and doesn't shoot the food action enough. :)
