Nah I disagree... you learn by repetition whether its watching or actually doing. Easy to memorise steps when you see it frequently or pick up tips and techniques from different barbers. Plus both sides of people's hair usually has some differences providing different challenges. Basically the close up is still better in my opinion lol

You could’ve brushed his bangs down and then took a one and a half and went with the green on his forehead. Then you could’ve had some overhang to make a crispy lineup on his forehead. But I understand some people don’t like that they just wanna natural line with the hair pushed back in the front
Nice cut but I agree I would taper the front hairline a little bit so you don’t have overhang and then keep the line up as natural as possible. Keep grinding 💪
