Will be cool having 2 plasma cutters - one designed for your CNC table and this one for cutting various stuff around the shop
Exactly! The CNC’s cutter will be a stationary thing that I never really move, other than for maintenance etc.
Just bought one from Amazon, $289.00 CAD, very impressed so far, was testing it same as this video, even tried some 1/4’ aluminum, cuts it nice and smooth, only con is the air fitting in regulator, I changed it to a quick connect.
Thanks for this video, nice build on rear suspension!!
@@biigtiitan thanks so much for the kind words
That Crossmember aint’ going anywhere! Nice.
Sucker is in there good!
This video sucks for someone wanting to know what the machine does
You literally lost me at less than 2mins in
@@EcSsAwS What sucks is that you missed the entire VERY in depth tutorial over the next 11 minutes lol. Patience is a virtue…🤷🏻♂️. Thanks for the view anyway!
Thank you for openly expressing your thoughts on the machine. We have full confidence in the quality of our products and have put in extensive efforts to ensure this. We hope that your audience will appreciate it.
Thanks for the opportunity. I enjoy testing new products and the machine performed perfectly.
Hi whats the warranty on this machine , bought a similar one that had the words cut 50 and it died in a year
@@YoungHeartedSoul I believe the warranty info is listed on their page. Let me know if you cant find it.

Im new to plasma cutting. Will it cut thin copper sheet?
Hey! Yes easily.
Newbie here (Sub’d) how did you connect your air hose to the regulator? Trying to figure what all I need. Thanks
Hey, so I unscrewed the quick connect fitting on the cut 50’s regulator and replaced it with a basic male end air chuck fitting. Then you just connect your air hose directly to the machine as if it was any other air tool! A water separator before the machine is a good idea though since air compressors create a lot of moisture. Water will mess up your torch’s consumables really fast. Good luck, and thanks for the sub!!
@@intheshoptv yes, worked a charm.. on with the AG-60 pilot Arc torch..
@@topcat15191961 Nice! Thats a mod I plan to make!
@@intheshoptv Denis put up a how-to on it, think it’s 50bux for the AG-60 and 10 min. Conversion
@@topcat15191961 its the same conversion for all machines… you’re just adding a ground basically
Thanks for the video i just ordered one
You’re welcome! Hope you used my discount codes/links! Enjoy!
Just set mine up . I start the cut and it cuts out every couple seconds. ??? Help!
@@keithkimsten5111 Hi Keith, some VERY common things that cause this are moisture in your air line, tank or compressor, poor ground, high torch standoff (torch to high off metal), inadequate amperage, or excessive speed. Go through these steps first and check to see if that resolves your issues.
@@intheshoptv thanks for the tips. I noticed a kink in the line from the pressure regulator to The machine. The line was too short from the factory and caused the kink.
I took off the regulator screws and made an extended bracket to give the short line less stress. It worked and I'm off and cutting.
Sometimes it's the simple things that get in the way of success..
👍👍👍👍🍻
@@keithkimsten5111 Usually is! Glad it all worked out for you man.
@@intheshoptv Thanks again.
@@keithkimsten5111 You’re very welcome! Happy cutting man.
how has this machine held up?
Good so far. I have a link in the comment section to use, and there is a discount code available too. My next video coming out this week features a project using their MIG200.
How is this a Review?
I have a product, talked about what I see and think, and then tested it 🤷🏻♂️. Don’t like it?
Im new to plasma cutters. This requires no gas then correct?
No gas! Just need an air compressor. Good luck… feel free to reach out if you have questions. Happy to help!
