I think Jamaicans favourite way of eating the chicken back is to curry it and have it with plain rice, at least that’s what I remembered growing up. Good to have you back from Ghana Sasha. Looking forward to more great meal ideas and conversations between you and Deddy.

Glad to have you back Deddy's Kitchen and family. Did you know that chicken back is nice with steam cabbage. Fry dry and add , or beans to steam cabbage,or mix vegetable or calloloo or pak choy. It's very vesatile with alot of stuff like peas or beans. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.
