In case no one else told you, these animations are done by Devil Artemis. He has his own channel and a bunch of short videos with his own version of Perfect Cell as the main character. It’s pretty funny
10:30 Technically according to the official HFIL Völkerball handbook, the ball bounced on the ground so Cell should not have been eliminated, but I'm not a stickler for the rules.
This is absolutely a great approach for continuing the story. Not only does it reduce the copyright issues, but it also allows them to go all-in with their own creativity. Rather than being somewhat restricted by pre-existing scenes, and story elements that they were pretty much forced to follow. Using original animations removes those restrictions, and allow for a wholly original story to be told from the foundation that was set by the main series.
Cell: I have literally never lied *Earlier* Piccolo: So I take it you're the one who exterminated this city then? Imperfect Cell: oh no that was another guy, his name was s**t Sherlock first name no.
Frieza should know that Gildo is the most useful team member. His abilities are unmatched for this game. I know everything happened just for Guru to take the win though and it was worth it lol. Not the best volleyball match in smile, but I think you haven’t seen the best one yet, so I won’t spoil it. Not 100% sure, but I think you plan to watch the anime it’s in some time down the line.

His team won anyway so it’s okay
He right too. He's literally never lied. Intentionally vague in some cases? Yes. But never lied.

Any life action skits are normally stupid ad reads.
