I’ve always wondered why the condenser is always placed at the most exposed place. Yes I get it needs the fresh air etc. but considering it holds refrigerant that we are not allowed to expose to the environment it’s at the most vulnerable place that allows this to happen. No easy solution as the rad and intercooler would probably heat soak the condenser if placed behind them, and if you put a protective mesh in front of it that would quickly get blocked by road debris and suffocate the cooling package
